I might not buy priority pass because they’re a bit and miss.

Yeah, in the end it's there lounge they can do what they want. I was upset with ANA at first too.

I’ve been to that ANA lounge a few times, it’s always mobbed, and nothing special.
Lounges can get crowded, but they offer a place to relax. It's all about timing. 🛋️✈️
You went to the wrong lounge. There is other lounges which accept priority pass app. IASS TIAT or POWER
it was the only option for me in that period.
