YAYY!! So excited for you guys 😁🥳 All of your hard work has finally paid off! Can't wait to see your journey to Canada 💕🍁(PS great work on the editing in this video!!!)
I am so happy for you guys! You are literally living out my Canadian and heartland dream! Living and working on a horse and cattle farm in beautiful BC is one of my dreams. I would love to see a video on how your experiences with flying your dogs from Australia to Canada is! I have traveled all over with my two dogs but they are service dogs so flying is very easy with them. I hope it all works out for y’all. Stay safe!
Congratulations guys!!! I'm really happy for you. Welcome to the Great White North! We need more young families like you guys. When do you expect to make the move?
Thank you 😊 We are so excited. Once we receive our work permit we will book our flights and accommodation for quarantine in Vancouver area. Out job doesnt start until beginning of April so we will most likely fly in end of Feb. This will give us time to quarantine and buy a car/furniture etc 😊🇨🇦
Congratulations!! Looking forward to following your journey and I wish you a smooth transition! You'll have to take a road trip and visit the rockies in Alberta in summer time. :D
I am really happy for you guys. Vancouver is a really nice city, it’s so spread out so many different areas you can go to. You don’t get snow as much as we do here in Calgary, you get rain but that’s nothing. My sister-in-law lives on Vancouver Island in the town of port or is known as Port Alberni with her husband, her kids are grown, some live on Vancouver island, Kelowna and Alberta. I work for a Theatre in my city, we clean to meet the guidelines of what Alberta health services has told us. Being a Christian I learned that another Christian family has come down with covid, parents with children. Praying for a recovery. Went to a rodeo last weekend, because my grand daughter Brinley whose four is learning barrel racing and they have two miniature ponies they’re more like fat little ponies but they’re cute. Praying you sell stuff and your able to move. 👍🏻

I couldn't hear exactly where you are moving to. Thought I heard Victoria, which is on Vancouver Island. Wherever it is, you will love "SUPER~NATURAL BRITISH COLUMBIA"! Welcome, fellow Canadians! Good on ya, mates! 🇨🇦🍁🇨🇦
@@BecOutWest HI there! "Super~Natural" British Columbia has been the Tourism Slogan for BC since the 1970s, referring to all the splendour of its great outdoors. I've really enjoyed your enthusiastic videos as you prepare for this much anticipated change in your life. You have chosen well to go to BC to be in proximity to those amazing Canadian Rockies. You will have no shortage of adventure destinations for your active lifestyle. Make sure you revisit Johnston Canyon in Summer. Another BEAUTIFUL area to check out is Waterton National Park, located right near the Southern borders of BC & Alberta along the US border (Montana). There is the town of Waterton with amenities + cabins or campgrounds. Waterton Lake extends from Canada into the U.S.. You can ride a 100+ year old tour boat down the lake into the U.S., then disembark and go on a hiking tour with a US Forest Ranger with no Customs check. The lake is extremely deep, surrounded by canyon walls that have exposed rock that is more than 1 billion years old. But it's the hiking trails that will take your breath away. Some of the most beautiful scenery in the World! Waterton is where the prairies rise into the "foothills" that edge up to the base of the Rockies Mountains. So it's quite dramatic driving up to them, then all of a sudden...you're there! Good luck from Regina, Saskatchewan! Cheers!
I am happy for you guys, great journey! It is a funny thing that the further North you go in Canada the more interesting it really is, in Northern Alberta (Moved to the Peace country) from Calgary years and years ago I thought I knew it all...little did I know that up north everything is measured in time. "How far is Edmonton" ...only 6 hours...ONLY.. if you get bored with Southern BC I would recommend the area near Grande Prairie or Dawson Creek BC. Simply wonderful farm land and scenery like you have never experienced...Midnight Sun in summer! And really really short days in Winter (4 hours of Daylight and such). Your adventure is just starting...enjoy..(BTW my father went from Ireland to Australia, to Canada too).
HI Bec and Conor, I love your videos! they're very helpful. Im pretty much on the same page as you guys were, our family of 3 moving to Canada from Melbourne. my wife and I have been waiting for our work permit for 8 weeks. Just a quick question? Did you have a request for a medical examination for the work permit process? I noticed on the IRCC web that we don't need it since we've been in Australia for the last 6 months prior our WP application. cheers, Benny
