He's the only character in the game that can cancel into supers and stamina breaks after a dash-light attack, they've repeatedly buffed him, he has the easiest infinites in the game, and no character, literally NO CHARACTER has that 360 degree ki cancel glitch. They absolutely made him that op on purpose. Probably some kind of in-joke in Dimps or something

While he does have reused animations, their used in ways that are very interesting and his moves are used in very different ways. So in the end, he still feels like a new character with how you’re gonna play him.

Power Awakened Piccolo really is that good. He's fast AF. He does hella damage, has hella combos.
