    Great post..but thoda as biased again..ye Sector greater Noida ne Apne shuruati launch Mai develop Kia tha..but abhi bhi issi ki occupancy bakki sectors ke according bahot kaam hai or uska main reason yaha Raha rahe daily wage residents hai..fruits, sabji, chaat, momos ya construction works ne almost 70% houses cover Kia hua hai..pari chowk n knowledge park hone ke baad bhi ye sector inhi Karano se well educated family groups ki choice se bahar hai. Sath hi sector se state huye open Naale se apko zyadatar air mail gandi smell rahti hai...low rent ke Karan yaha students bhi independent plots rent pe le Lete hai Jo iske mahol ko or kharab karta hai...

      My videos are never biased and I already share the drain information in my video. Due to smaller size of plots the gentry of this location is lower middle class and that's why I don't recommend this sector for living.

      Yes, it will cost you 1 crore in Greater Noida and 2 Crore in Noida.

      This means if somebody built 3 floors in a house and registers those floors and sells them to different people. This type of activities not allowed in Noida and Greater Noida.

      You can't use these plots for commercial purposes. Noida and Greater Noida Authority are very strict in this matter.

      Pari Chowk is approximately 22 km from Delhi Kalindi Kunj Border and 25 Km from DND. Traffic is not an issue here because Noida Expressway is one of the best connected road with this sector.
