About 6 minutes into the video you mentioned that you couldn't read the rest of the question, I think I've experienced that before on RUclips. It might be a bug related to having text too large. The only way I know to fix that is to zoom out The text by holding CTRL and scrolling downwards, or you could hold CTRL and tap the minus key (The key next to plus) this reliably fixed that problem for me
Thanks for the tip. I think it might just have been an internet lag issue in this case, because within a minute or two a flurry of questions appeared, without my having to to do anything else. But I'll try to keep your advice in mind should this recur.
