How is making the foreign funding of NGOs transparent undemocratic? Transparency is something that is always good. The west is so hostile to a law that promotes transparency because they have something to hide. Also the law that Georgia passed is modeled after an American law. Why is America allowed to protect its sovereignty but not Georgia?
