I purchased a flat in Keshav nagar in 2016 as the builder said that the bridge is approved and it will be completed in the next three years. We faced lots of problems in keshav nagar and are still facing.Bridge will take at least one and half year to complete. The problem here is the future of children who are in grade 10 and above. No good coaching classes are here and going to nagarpatta or kharadi is not possible each day because of time spent on the commute as children will be tired and will not have time for study. Looks like the future of children is dark in keshav nagar. I have seen people have moved from keshav nagar.

Out of this, around 40% (₹2,500-3,300 crore) is spent just on the PMC itself (salaries and other expenses). SaudaGhar suggests that since the city contributes ₹1 lakh crore in direct and indirect taxes to the state and central government, shouldn’t it receive around ₹20,000 crore in return for development? This amount could be used to acquire land and build crucial road infrastructure, increase water connectivity, and improve healthcare. Apart from the funds, the PMC also needs the intent to make this happen.
Another reason is land availability... Since PCMC is younger than PMC they acquired land very early in less cost so now they can build things easily .. like science park in Chinchwad or pmpml bus stop at bhakti Shakti or various road connectivity in other part, PMC fail to do that ... PMC spend good chunk of money n time fighting litigation for land acquisition..
A better thing is one of them should think of switching to spouse location or nearby location.. though Money can either be the same or nearby as what one is getting currently but it will surely benefit both of them or family in many ways...time is money... Saying it on personal experience

Dp road unless ready and built, don't trust anyone alao pmc pcmc also can't build it though it in plan. So if road is ready then only buy flat at that place.
