Sir, in vaarivanah project I have bought a plot in sector d.i am concerned if builder is going to maintain common area like he is doing for phase a. I talked to them, they are saying they are going to main it, but once society is formed, it is possible not all plot holders has build houses by than. They are selling plan pass plots and they told us that we have to build on it after 4 years either through them or by private builder of our choice. I am not sure under what category we are in on 7/12. Will we be getting 7/12 or society for sector d will have it. I am but concerned how society would be maintained when not everyone is building house by the time rera dates for that sector is over
