I had a 1996 CBR 1000F. I would not trade it for anything newer. The experience is superb, like Cadillac and always feels safe. 660 Lbs. 135 Hp. Plenty of Torque on low RPM, so you don't need to shift like crazy up and down. The Power curve is seductive at any RPM. I LOVE this bike.

This was the first bike I had after passing test. Fast forgiving comfortable and lots of fun. A ride all day bike and reliable. Eat chain and sprockets though. Great content🏴👍
Ok. So...That needle is at the mark I remember on the 88 hurricane 1000 scared the shit out of me at 17. 145 mph. NEVER have I been as fast since. Which today isnt shit. Hahaha. I'm ok. I'll pass. Had my thrills. Too old now. Heheheh.
Whats with the cbrs clutch lever it looks like its bent upwards. They might be some old school bikes but they could get it back then and could give younger bikes a run for their money now!

Yeah that clutch lever is badly bent, bikes probably been down on that side at some point.
They are great bikes though.
