Nice review man! Good to see that it's not a win lose scenario between the both of them and there's a clear acknowledgement that they're both targeted towards a different part. of the market. Personally if they're a similar price I'd probably go for the Honor simply because of the music features and its general functionality to price ratio. However, I do actually really like the old school Casio/G-shock styles.

@@MichaelElsegood I understand that in terms of functionality, I need GS pro more, since I'm not an athlete, possibly a bicycle and swimming, but INSTINCT attracts with its hardcoreness.

I think there is something special about the Garmin, I really like the look of it and it's simple no nonsense approach, it also feels nicer on the wrist and it's health monitoring is slightly more accurate. However the smart functionality and UI isn't as good as the GS Pro. It's a tough call. Which do you like?

Hi, thanks man. From a bodybuilding perspective there is not any specific functionality or software desighned to work with weight traning or gym work. It has a mode for the gym but it only records your basic data like it would on any other mode.

Could you check the maximum display time (time out) for the amoled watchface (gs pro)? 15 seconds? Open end? 😁🙏🏻
Hey there, it's 20 seconds although there is an always-on option with specific watch faces for that always-on feature.

You forgot to mention that the honor can't connect to external sensors, ae external hr, cadence etc, the huawei health app is a closed app, no exporting or importing data, no courses on the honor also, and you can't customize the workout profiles. You can do all the above with the Garmin, there is no comparison between the two the Garmin wins on everything

You can't really compare an honor watch to a Garmin, the Garmin app alone is worth 1000000 huawei product
