I began to transcribe the note and after getting a line or two I Googled part of it, which led to an original source. Googling any of the text is confusing. It leads to a person's blog discussing legal stuff? Transcription:
Maurice, John Kirk
On the 25th February 2009, the Chief Constable of South Wales Barbara Wilding wrote a sworn
affidavit that they knew was false, following my request for the identities of police officers.
She denied court cases took place in Barry Magistrates and knowledge of an incident in Cardiff when
her Police broke into my surgery in broad daylight using crow bar and a sledge hammer. Her purpose
was to put Ball the daughter of a police inspector she believed had been evicted from my flat living
in with past drug dealer.
Long before the 8th June 2009 the Police knew I had no machine gun. She, however, arranged a
MAPPA (Multi Agency Public Protection Arrangement) meeting where (see leaked internal record)
she was prepared not to arrest me for two weeks with the clear hope I may be lawfully shot as a
level 3 MAPPA victim, if I approached her.
There are over fifty police incidents involving myself where the South Wales Police refuse to release
their respective crime numbers (occurrence numbers) as it will assist me in identifying the police
that were implicated, all needed for 7 civil actions currently lodged in Cardiff County Court.
Oh wow, I googled the first paragraph and found that someone made a post on the Hitman subreddit about that too. Nice find.
Yes, that picture from Sapienza is the Hitman universe's version of the default Windows XP background titled "Bliss"
the fashion show in a museum is totally accurate. I used to do staging for fashion shows and we would do them everywhere. malls, museums, giant mansions, parking lots and all kinds of other places. The fact i've had access to vary fancy places late at night because of a show is still crazy to me.
11:11 The reason for it having living quarters is that It's not a museum but rather a royal estate of sorts, previously owned and lived in by Princes, Princesses or other people of nobility. They are plentiful in England and France and very often they'll become public buildings and operate as makeshift museums and tourist attractions, as is the case here, but it's not a purpose built museum which is why it's so grandiose and explains why it has bedrooms
haha I found that vampire magician outfit and somehow thought this would grand me access to any place...
turns out security hates vampire magicians :(
really really good, sad that it's only 15 minutes long! I very much enjoy this kind of armchair introspection that your videos have where it's clear you're not quite sure what you're talking about at times, it makes it feel like I'm sitting next to you while you're freecam-ing around the place and we're just trying to figure out explanations for stuff.
Really reminiscent of stuff I used to do when I was younger and every video is a treat.
Wow, this level is like a dungeon for my old school D&D game. I will steal some ideas, like te Vampire Magician (a Magick-User that is also a vampire).
Got 300 hours in the game, never knew the runway was outdoors. Always thought it was a large indoor room
7:20 gave Napoleon a little tee hee smooch
I love your informative, witty style!
Thank you 🙌

It's strange that they won't let 47 into the auction, given that Tobias Reaper is on the list.
You can appear already in the action in one of the alt entrances
They don't know who that "47" is. probably some creep. Tobias Reaper? He's a respectable corporate liquidator. Totally different person, how could you even confuse the two!
The museum room has purpose, believe it or not. Outside of just... You know, the point of these levels is that they ARE actual places and not just levels designed for gameplay. The entire fun of the game is that those maps dont feel like game levels, they are basically designed by actual architects to be functional as actual intended locations that you get to crack open like a puzzle. It wouldn't be fun if they were clearly just levels designed for player convenience- I'm getting sidetracked
The point is: While the museum room is there because there would logically be a display room, it is also where you can safely get a guard outfit. You can also get a saber from the displays. Some challenge variants like "Holiday horders" actually have an item there that you need for a challenge
Hitman level design is built around being an open sandbox. It's not a sandbox if you limit the players movements to where they "Need" to go. Palais de Walewska is a rectangle with three floors. So naturally, every section of this rectangle needs to have SOMETHING inside
PS: Yes. I know every spot of most of the maps :3 I knew that passageway was there, it's a good place to hide, AND it leads to that side barge, where you can climb the ladder onto the metal crane. Why would you do that? To get a good view of the entire palace, of course...! Also for the sniper spot. It's mostly there for the sniper assassin challenges.
PPS: 13:59 *Track down this murderer, he must be found, hunt down this animal who runs to ground, to long he's prayed on us, but now we know, The phantom of the opera is there, deep down below~*
Genuinely one of my favorite levels in any game. Cool vid, mate!
i love these videos so much i hope you got plans to make them for a while ❤you deserve more subscribers! From the editing, to the humor to the way you notice and describe things, its all put together so well. also full metal orange
I LOVED MINI NINJAS, Thank you I didnt know I needed that random piece of memories when I was a kid and would always play it
8:02
Yeah, that's where I got my first Suit Only/Silent Assassin. You can climb up the barge to get a sniping spot.
River access is where you go to get up the tower where you can snipe both targets when you set off the fireworks 😁
Babe wake up new Video Game World Tours vid just dropped
Man I've been watching your vids over the last couple weeks and I just love this channel. Looking back on all the games of my childhood and teen years, but in the same slower, more appreciative way I play games nowadays. I really appreciate these vids and I would love to see more. Also would love to see another 10 hour challenge like Minecraft and Fallout 3! Have a good one pretzel :)
Glad to be here before you blow up, keep up the great content!
Great video. Hope to see more for every level, and theres a ton of lore that you can find in these levels which reference past and future events. If you ever need help with that I’d be happy to point you towards that stuff for future videos. RE: the dirty car, I wonder if it’s a Max Decker’s because I think I heard something about him having traffic or car troubles. Dont know for sure tho
I do love the fact that Novikov bought a museum to put on a fashion show, it’s such a great summary of the theme of the first (season of) Hitman: where it’s an icon of New Money in an old money setting which is an inversion of the third game’s Dubai which has old money in a new money setting
As for the enforcer for the suit, he’s not the only one of his kind. There are a few, mostly in the second and third game’s maps: Sapienza is a notable exception with it being the very next map, the PI is a suit enforcer, then in H2 the Mumbai level has suit enforcers in the slums who basically act as area denial for the public parts of the map due to one of the targets roaming there in secret, then H3 has suit enforcers in Dartmoor with a guard outside the gates, Berlin with its targets, Chongqing with Pritchard and Corvo in Mendoza. Which makes sense for the narrative. Tho the reason this guy is a suit enforcer in Paris is due to the fact he was added in to H2. In the original 2016 game crowd blending and foliage stealth werent in the game so there was no practical use for them because they didnt exist. So to give a reason for the old maps to use these new features when playing them in H2 or H3 that enforcer got added so you would have to blend into the crowds to avoid him
If this video ends up doing well, I might end up covering some more maps down the line.
I had considered talking about some of the connections to previous/future levels, but I'm not quite sure if that's a tangent right for this series. Maybe I'll change my mind if I ever do return to the game.
@@PretzelYT excellent. Yea theres some cut content type stuff i know in future levels, like if you zoom in to the ceromony guy’s laptop in Sgail it mentions a “Wakefield”, which suggests that the Ark Society was originally The Church of Ascendants as a Julian Wakefield was mentioned as following that religion back in Paris
I... never noticed these details when I played hitman!
I LOVED your botw video, and hitman is another special interest game of mine so I was really happy to see this! Dunno if you'll do more hitman levels but I would watch any game regardless, thanks!!
Love these vids
6:30 for Ghost/Speedruns. Don't have Time to knock someone out if you don't have to. In Escalation Contracts, Time is Key.
12:52 Bottom Right is the Ship Captain from Blood Money. Yellow Short Guy also from that Game, when he scrolls to the Left there's the Sheik and the Head of the Agency (Was that the Name?). Implying Sanguine rigged Blood Money?
Dr popp for sure 😂 gotta love those dollar general flavors
If only they had Mountain Shoutin... 😔
@@PretzelYT throw some F’s in the chat for it 🫡
I couldn't immediately see that anyone else had said this- but there is at least one other NPC in the game who can see through your default suit and any disguise you put on. It's the private detective in Sapienza, that is sleeping on a bench and you can dress as to meet Francesca alone. I took these two to be people who have heard enough of the whispers about a bald assassin with a barcode tattoo, because of their positions (a commercial-espionage PI doing work for Ether, a career operative for Cicada) that you can't let them see you without them immediately getting suspicious.
Would love to see some more hitman from you!
I hope eventually you consider covering the older 2000s hitman trilogy, hitman 2 silent assassin, blood money and contracts had much more direct and compact worlds that all had very specific flavours in each game and sub flavour to each level sorry for rambing I just have a passion for the older hitman games
Fresh Bubbles is clearly the best
Banger as usual
Ty for the fun
full metal orange
9:25 I immediately clocked it as not a Danish keyboard. Not just because I have one, but because I've never seen Y be down there.
(It's German you say? Eh, I'd buy that. They truly do things differently down there.)
Good work! Do you plan to make other Hitman videos?
If I see a bald man standing in front of a camera, blocking the shot... I'll run
I love this series. Great job, keep it up!
Gotta go for that Dr. Popp
Goat RUclipsr
🐐
11:50 - Check out the bottom icon on that guy's desktop. He has Fallout 1 installed!
looks more like S.T.A.L.K.E.R. - Shadow of Chernobyl☢
The Paris Map is inspired by "Palais Galliera, musée de la Mode de la ville de Paris".
Oh my god i would sell my soul for a Mini Ninjas video
I actually thought about getting it during the last steam sale but decided against it for whatever reason. It's on my wishlist though, so I'll have that chance to buy it again sometime in the future.
@@PretzelYT well, if you don’t mind, I will hype you up by saying that it’s one of the first games I’ve ever played and, because of that, I have many great memories with it! I think you’ll enjoy the game! Just binged a hefty amount of your videos, they’re wonderful :3
9:05 This is the manifesto of a guy named Maurice John Kirk about his unfair treatment by the police in Wales in the UK. Like, word for word. What in the world is that doing here?
Placeholder, most likely
Good video
As a huge fan of the original, I get so dissapointed every time I play a modern Hitman game, I must admit this does look kind of awesome though. Maybe I should give it a chance
i would get the full metal orange soda!
Fresh Bubls or Full Metal Orange, depending on how I'm feeling.
Mmm Full Metal Orange
I'd get a Full Metal Orange.
Always loved this map, and I dig your commentary. Mini fucking ninjas
All this neat stuff somewhat makes up for the levels being way too goddamn big sometimes
Please can you do Bioshock next
Interesting... I played Bioshock like once a decade and a half ago. I definitely remember liking the atmosphere, but I never thought of it as a game to cover in this series.
Thanks for the suggestion, I'll put it on my list of games to check out some day.
Watching this makes me want to replay the old Hitman games
I had no idea you could ruin their shot at the fountain omg
Poor reporter has her day ruined by bald man 😢
@@PretzelYT would love to see the news blooper tbh
Who was in Paris
wonderfully autistic. do chongqing or sapienza next
About the cars in the VIP lot, I think the devs just didn't wanna focus on making all these crazy fancy cars and just decided to use whatever they had already. The game really struggles at the vehicle design department in terms of visual design, modeling and variety. Although credit where credit is due, there's a lot more variety than most games where you can't even drive the cars. I'm willing to bet they don't have a team working on vehicles and its most likely just enviro team making them on the side which is why we have this.
They represent general body styles you'd find out and about.
Very cool of you to rip off Any Austin's content without a nod to a staple and veteran of RUclips
was thinking the same thing, at least give him credit.
Who
@@TheSultan1470 Austin a real one, he's been doing this.
@@stanleech666 Don't know an Austin.
@@TheSultan1470 didn't ask if you knew who he was, we gave you the name and all you have to do is look it up to see what we mean. that's all.
