BK Precision 1420 Oscilloscope Repair

Today we've got a little scope on the bench, nothing fancy, just a little 15MHz, 2 channel CRT made by BK Precision, but most importantly, it doesn't work.
We'll go through confirming the issue, cleaning contacts, testing electrolytics and replacing the bad ones, and finally repairing the external power supply. This is a pretty basic repair, but it results in a usable scope and shows that it can be worthwhile to get broken equipment at a good price, if for no other reason than just the fun of repairing it!

Please check it under load.. put your Rigol scope on the input to scope while it is on, look at ripple.
The power supply looks small for that scope.

I know it’s been three years but can you link the AC adapter? I just got my hands on this oscilloscope and am trying to find a suitable cable.
