Those last two quotes really got me. I've never thought to reframe self-empathy by thinking of an inner part of me as the same person I was as a little kid, What does she want to do? How does she want to be treated? It's making me realize how hard I've been on myself for the last few years, and it's helped me take a step back and assess how to bring more balance and joy to my life. I wish my asthma wasn't so sensitive to this kind of stuff. I would love checking out places like this (as far as places with perfume, scented candles, etc) All synthetic frangrances give me sinus headaches or respiratory congestion these days. 😩 So I live vicariously through others online now, heh. I do occasionally smell scented candles at the grocery store, but I can't being any of them home. I even tried 100% pure essential oils, but they can also flare up the lungs and sinuses. (Sigh) Oh well. The weird thing, is that I can tolerate real fragrances from flowers out in nature (even though I have seasonal allergies too). I love all the knick-knacks you got. Very cute. 15:05 for the microwave boba kit rec - I’ve been using the brand Bobabam (found it at Target) which I’ve been liking so far 🥰 you store them in the freezer. So far I’ve only tried their brown sugar one, but it looks like they sell Strawberry, Coffee, Taro, Matcha, Mango, and Milk Tea as well. Hope that helps! 🤍

if your going to dose up on calcium , make sure your getting vitamin k with it. Vit. k allows your body to absorb the calcium. also, when taken vitamins take it with something low in sugar, and always have that talk with your primary care.

The eggs look delicious with the rice cakes! Another way to make them is a steamed eggs dish called ggyeranjjim, It's very simple and you can make it in the microwave with just scallions and salt and water!
