this is a workstation build, but it can be converted into a gaming pc later with a graphics card, you know KL i taught an elderly man how to build his own pc right at home using the core i5 9400, no discreet gpu either, but his build turned out flawlessly so far, i also recommended this very same model motherboard from Gigabyte. The one thing i love about the intel platform is that most of the regular processors all come with onboard graphics, the Ryzen usually doesn't, you have to provide your own graphics solution, unless you bought a Ryzen G cpu, its just not possible to get a display.

Yes, you can, but only for normal use in power saving mode .
i9 will be at 100c if fully utilized so will always recommend liquid cooling with 3 fans
