When I break/transform those patterns I usually just let my self do the pattern without shame and just pay attention to what I’m actually feeling energetically. And a lot of patterns really don’t feel good and the more you can have that experience of doing it and knowing it doesn’t feel good the more you build a clarity that you don’t want to do that. This is the truest morality for me. To decide what is right and wrong for me based on how it feels, not based on some intellectual idea or what’s right and wrong. Trust your heart, from my experience it can’t lie, it always points to love/truth/good.
