I have never laughed so much. You guys are awesome!! For your shelf, you could also use fabric markers to color in the books, then you still see the back stitching. Its not a fully crossstitched project, but you are a multimedia artist.😉
Great job on the introduction. 🎉. I love your sister p ok in the the background. You ladies crack me up. Your massive pieces are beautiful. Good for you. Keep up the good videos. I laughed out loud. Thank you.
@karenross9637 The one and only important thing I've left out of my introduction thus far is that I BLEED GREEN!!!!! You being in Philly makes me think we just became best friends (I wish I could put a Stepbrothers gif right here) -Shae
Your first video was so funny!!! Each one will get better and better. Just be yourselves! I love your honesty, and I think you gals are great!! Your enthusiasm for cross stitch and your joyous nature is contagious. Looking forward to your next one!
I really enjoyed your Flosstube, thank you for sharing. I love the projects you both choose so beautiful 🥰.......... Shae your daughter is so cute and the design you've picked for her birthday start is so perfect 💕Toshia, just WOW your crochet work is stunning!!! I look forward to your next flosstube. Take Care x
omg, you ladies are a hot mess express, but I so love it. I am the oldest of 4 sisters, so I totally can relate to your madness! enjoyed your 'models' and all the laughter!!!
Thanks so much! We know we'll never match the progress of fellow flosstubers, but it's so nice to feel support as we share our journey in this hobby that we love!
I am the youngest of three daughters. Watching y’all was wonderful! Both of my sisters have dementia, now. I remember getting the giggles all the time at nothing funny. We got the giggles standing by daddy’s casket after he died. If he had been alive, he would have just grinned. Anyway, I loved your flosstube!!
Love this! We've had some very personal experiences with dementia too and have giggled our way through some difficult (and sometimes inappropriate) situations. 🥰
Oh, wow! This might be the first time I've seen a flosstuber who crochets and shows thread crochet! That's how my mom started me off learning to crochet. 😂 I've also done a dress for my niece to look like a puerto rican flag! Now it's more like a lot of baby blankets with fingering weight yarn. Happy stitching! ❤
I would love to see the dress you made for your niece!!! My mom got me started crocheting with yarn, but I quickly fell in love with string crocheting! It takes a lot longer to see the progress, but I think the end product is always so beautiful.
You all are so fun! It makes me feel like I do when I get together with my sister. We can get so tickled over nothing. I love it! Thank you so much for sharing your stitching and your humor!!!! 💜
I don't know if you are reading your earlier comments or not, but you guys are so much fun. I enjoy floss tubes that make me laugh more than anything. With so many out there now, seeing a WIP parade, with someone say, here is my WIP over and over again, gets old if there isn't at least some commentary or something to keep interest. (WIP Parades used to be my favorite.) I think it was Jen the Caffeinated Crafter that shared you guys.......I am now trying to find more You Tubes that are fun and realistic. Hence why I like Jen also. Look forward to watching all your videos. Keep up the good work.
Thank you so much, we do love the incredible and meticulous flosstubers out there, but we also tend to gravitate towards one's like Jenn who aren't afraid to just be their genuine selves.
For your library shelves, you could fill in then rebackstitch over it. That way, you don't have to UFO, and you don't have to frog out backstitching. And you dont lose all your time you put into this project.
Hi! You guys are so fun to watch!!! The cross stitch of the bookshelf with the backstitched books, instead of trying to get cross stitches inside those backstitches you could use fabric paint to color them in. It’s so pretty, it would be sad to have all that work for nothing. 😅 Love all the work you guys stitch and all the laughs are infectious! Thank you for sharing!
Oh, thank you! That is a brilliant idea, it never crossed my mind to try something other than stitching. Now we just hope kindergarten didn’t fail me and I can color in the lines!
@@SloppyStitchinSisters at least the backstitching is in black so if you touch them it won't show up. Sharpie markers might work good too. Lots of color choices and might be easier to work with than paint.
Great video. You remind me of my 3 girls. 🤭😁. How about long stitching the books. This pattern is in my to do pile. Thanks for the laughs. My hubby thinks I’m crazy. I really did LOL. Xx🌻
@berylwalker79 That is a good idea! I'll let toshia know. It was a project I was looking to UFO anyway, but this might be just the thing she needs to keep it going. Glad you got a laugh out of it.
@specialCraftsandmore oh dear, we do have a lot that include Mickey... all but one that we've shown have come from Zanna. 'Minnie and Mickey in the Pastry Shop' came from NeniDesigns, also on Etsy.
@brendajacobson8482 I got it from here www.stitcheryxpress.com/ . To your point, I couldn't find it on the website, but bought it in store. You can call Cindy, she is really helpful and if she can get it for you, she will!
Loved your video and the crochet. I can't believe all the full coverage pieces, you go girls!! Also loved the Golden Child's brief appearance.
Hahaha, she's our favorite part of the video! Full coverages are so much fun, we just can't seem to say no to them.
Omgoodness amazing video! Wow you both have amazing WIPS that disney full coberage...jaw on floor. Wow wow wow
@kaylitentstitch6614 thank you so much, we are having a lot of fun working on them.

Too funny! I’m enjoying your joy and laughter. The crochet dresses are beautiful. I crochet and I can appreciate the work in the filet pattern.
Thank you! Filet work is my favorite, I find it super pretty, but it takes time! What type of crochet do you do the most?
You guys are so hysterical and I am here for it....late. lol
Late is a relative term, much like finishing 🤣 we're so grateful to have you here.

"She's not Bloody Mary." I am dead💀

Awesome video. Love your WIPs
Thank you so much!
If your stitching is the model stitch, I would recommend frogging it and fixing it. Some people get super worked up when the model doesn't match.
That is great advice, thank you!
@SloppyStitchinSisters I am about to start designing and have thought about that a lot for prepping my model stitches. I'm an overthinker. Lol

😊 can you link to the workings of "stitch opoly rotation " or may be explain again.
On your temperature chart, it looks like you stitched the books with 2 strands. Before you ditch it, try using 1 strand of floss.
That's something we hadn't thought of trying. Thank you 😊
