Been watching you since sf6 released. This is my first fighting game and Deejay instantly clicked! It took a ton of time, trial and error, and consuming a ton of deejay content to make it to master. Currently 1600 and pushing hard to play with the big boys at 1800+. Love your content homie keep up the great work!

Just remind the average Ken player before he intends to learn Dee Jay: you won't win the game with a single low medium kick with him. Stay with Ken, or switch to Juri.

Cap. Ken was the first character I learned and after I got him to diamond I picked up deejay. So close to hitting diamond with him too

Are those safe jump setups only in the corner? Or does that work anywhere on screen?
Mainly in the corner. When you mid, you wanna do the heavy jackknife as the combo ender to get the maximum corner push in order to setup the safe jumps 👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾

How good is Dee Jay when he's being played defensive? I tend to play more defensively. Not a Guile but I definitely lean more towards a defensive playstyle. Do you think Dee Jay could work well?
It can definitely work! Playing defense, you can sit back and throw single shots, medium sobat, standing mk and more
But being able to mix in drive rush is key
Keeping your opponent guessing is key

When you do heavy sobat, you can’t cancel after the second hit. Has to be on the first hit

Yes! It becomes real plus which allows for cr fierce on follow up and other options
But other buttons are button tbh lol

I can't get DJ's fireball to come out after back heavy kick. No matter what nothing happens, Im on a normal PS5 controller.
Once you do the back roundhouse, you dont wanna cancel right away. you want to delay it some to give yourself more charge time in order to get the fireball
How do you do the triple air kick?
That’s his down charge up release motion
Hold down for roughly 2.5 seconds and hit up kick at the same time
since I play modern I don’t have that stand up medium kick 😩. You have to do a video of you playing modern DJ👀

How to play DeeJay...spam HP Fireball and drive rush strike/throw mix up. That doesn't work then spam blockstrings into Jumping short as nobody has time to react to it and you get to steal a turn. There you go...that is all you need and you will be another mindless 1800 MR DeeJay. You don't need to watch a 19 min video tutorial.
I can tell deejay is the reason you can’t sleep at night and why you love street fighter 6 😁😁

great vid. another nice thing after double flash kicks in the corner: cr.hp frame kills for meaty strike/throw mix. Little thing I found useful when learning deejay

Deejay becomes plus 12 or 13 which leads into a free Standing Fierce Level 2
