The lighting you showed at 1:20 looks like the outlines of roller coasters...I bet that's what they were goin' for there...I've never been to their park so maybe it's even of their coasters?
The history stuff is so cool, did you take a moment to check out the old car from their Miniature Railway down at the base of the stairs? Bummer the deck was closed, did they have the doors locked so you couldn't even go out to explore? Or just no service out there in rain? They have more cool history nods out there, a restored tub from the Giant Wheel, old bumper cars, old turnpike car and a piece of the light up letters from Flying Falcon is on one of the walls.

I did see the mini railway, not sure if it was locked but there was tons of rain so I didn’t even try.
I had coco braised Ribs in South Africa it was ah-mazing you didn’t realize it was coco it was like an adobo sauce.

A lot of those food items sound gross but I would try a combo sampler if it was given to me free.
Pretty pricey but I bet it's worth it in the end.
