The Paradox Of Letting Go And It Is Done.
How to it is done it is mine and letting go.?
* Letting go and knowing it is yours .
* As you know the practice of living in the end is the felt experience of knowing your desire is already yours.
* You feel your self in the relationship as your already in it.
* Letting go is non attachment to the thing you desire.
* When you let go you feel go and no matter what happens it is okay you are okay.
* When you are in confiednt state you grasp anything you are relaxed and live in the end and naturally let go

In mastery level you automatically let go and live in the end.
* This level of mastery comes from being in tuned to and embodied to knowing yourself as YOUR INFINITE SELF.
* this is spritual nature , your god self and who you are.
* And when you. Are embodied to your god self both letting go and living in the end comes naturally.simultaneously.

* First off all Letting go happens when you are not attached to your desire.
* Attachment is the experience of needing soemthing to happen out there.
* This can happen when manifesting sp cause we are most attached to.
* This attachment happens when you wnat something to happen very much.
* Now the reason when you are embodied in your spritual self and living in your spirtual self.
* That is when your landed within yourself as god self.
* You feel like in your own wholeness
* And feels like nothing is missing.
* And you are not attached to soemthing different happeing out there.
* we can have prefrences when. You dont have attachment to few things you dont feel any lack.
* If you feel lack that means that thing out there is needed to complete you.
* But when you are landed in your god self you dont have any such thing as lack cuase you are in your complete wholeness and you dont lack anything you are complete form within.
* When you are this level of wholeness and the state of being is i have everything i need or what.
* You automatically draw your desires.
* In god state you will realise you may wnat that thing but you dont need it.
* This is optimum state .this comes in practicing and living in the end.
* This is first piece of letting go.
* You want your desire but your not attached.
* Turn your attention your landing in your infinte nature or spirtual nature.

* Living in the end from the god self you know all can be yours and nothing feel off limits.
* But your god self is everything in moment is complete as it is and nothing is off limits.
* The good way to live in the end is Just Knowing All Is Mine.
* I am the creator.
* You dont have to go to extend .
* Just simple as that thing is mine.i dont have to worry about it.
* You can live in the end like this and the more you spend time it becomes deeply saturated.
* And this will create your desired reality.
* It is all good i dont have to grasp anything cause your whole.
* If you feel this god state manifesting becomes essier.
* You wont suffer anymore cause the nature of this state all is well.
* Suffering comes from lack or soemthing is missing and not being complete within.
* So just practice being in your own wholeness and you will automatically will be able to let go be relaxed and live in the end ❤

Yes absolutely...I am living in the end knowing that my specific person loves me, misses me a lot..I may not see in the 3D world right now but I know from my within. What helped me oddly enough was fully embracing myself, lovingly, setting myself free emotionally from everything in the past by recognizing theres nothing to forgive because we are all learning to be alive on Earth and God wants nothing more than for us to truly be authentically happy... it starts (atleast for me) grounding and detaching through gratitude. After lots of therapy to ease my dissociative habits from my mind being abused, I just wanted to see what would happen if I challenge what I thought I knew about loving oneself entirely. And BOOM I felt my soul mate's presence right in my heart, my heart swelled, i didnt feel that emptiness of him physically not being w me, I couldnt help but smile as I hear my family's gentle laughter, their smiles, I was in awe of how the light looks off trees, the architectural choices of the home, just a deep appreciation of what is...like being awake for the first time........ and all the previous notions of "I gotta, he should've, we need to" vanish because... theres nothing TO prove (so what does this mean? No petty selfish motives, just a feeling of a school playground type of feeling, accepting what is as a time to learn and you have nothing but joy to express, and know you dont have to run up and express it, you just ARE IT.). I felt an odd safety mixed w the joy of mystery like... Idk how i will meet my love again but that didnt matter cause I know we will ^w^ and i just know right now is a time for both of us to have fun being who we are. To accept ourselves. And through accepting myself- I saw that it was directly linked to accepting HIM. (And other ppl :) ) Thought this was beneficial to type, I hope this helps you! Psychology allowed me to accept the trauma that occurs in everyones brains and the backlash due to it is what we are hurt by....the bewilderment to really see how we are all trying so so so hard with what we've ever known....... no matter if you believe the other person is conscious or not...doesnt diminish their light or yours, theres no comparison... doing so would be a judgement. Compassion holds the Pillar of Truth which inevitably brings forth Creativity . Atleast IMO :)

I just read or watched something about preferences versus expectations. That is something similar to what you were saying. Expectation is the want, it has to happen or else...but it is much better to have preferences. I would prefer this to happen but I'm already good as is.
Although I expect a lot and it's not necessarily from lack. I talk about that in my video posting tomorrow - about manifesting BIG THINGS
I literally just repeated her last line: "Nothing is missing, All is Well" and was at peace with it- Then he texted me right after! This video & calming assurance mindset really works. #"What's yours is yours & is meant just for you."
Yes this is the concept, the state, I'm trying to achieve continually. I had a moment yesterday where I had a preference of something happening. I didn't grasp at it or think about bit long.... And then forgot about it. It happened moments later. I'm finding that my manifestations are progressing at a rate in relation to my understanding, awareness and putting into practice the god state. I no longer need constant outside reassurance because I see it. This is amazing.

My sp mentioned that he doesn't feel like dating and on the other hand he said he misses me...and strangely (but I also feel good about it) I am focusing only on him missing me and not about the other part...
I am feeling relaxed and confident on the inside that no matter what he's saying now, I know he misses me and we are already dating!💕

Off the topic : after coming across many LOA youtubers. I wish someone could put detailed directions and explain abt true Manifestation/LOA in clear, simple and easy way or steps. There is so much conflicting information within the Spiritual community.
Staying positive in bad situations, not letting mind hv such thoughts, controlling mind, etc. Like for me suppressing thoughts create more friction inside my mind and it feels worse. live in the end or wish fulfilled state, like attracts like, high vibration is essential for manifesting; if not in alignment or vibration wid what we hv we lose it, you cant have what you arent, hwo belief is so imp, etc.
Someone please explain the conflicting feels I get between teachings of neville goddard and abraham hicks!?
I personally feel gud with Neville goddard teachings. But wen I come across all loa youtubers I get confused, bewildered, muddled a lot. Ik everyone has their own method or perspective but it bothers me a lot... sorry for long comment but I'm really tired with mixed teachings. I want to personally go with what I feel alright but I also doubt wid such disputing content :(

Hey I'm also Namrata! You wrote Absolute Truth. My condition is same and now I'm experimenting and learning all these by myself. Btw content on SPs are really concerning by some as they either say no or sounds like being obsessed wid them. Very few of them show us truth about sp without sounding weird.
If I were you, I would personally stop watching the channels that confuse you or don't feel good to watch, and if it's watching too many channels that's making you confused, I would stick to your favorite(s) only. All teachers are always going to have different approaches... you're job is to filter and choose what's best for you.
This is the perfect video to come back to when i’m feeling doubt or that grasping feeling!

I’m going to have to watch more of your videos about this god state! Whenever I practice living in the end and I do my visualizations of imagining a relationship with my SP, I end up just missing my SP more than if I had just gone about my day. In other words I come out of these visualizations excited and wishing he would text, which feels like I go back in a state of lack! I’ll keep watching though, your videos make more sense to me than other explanations! 😊

I love this. Your explanation was just what I needed. Thank you so much. I think it is very helpful to understand how letting go works by living in the end. If you know that your desire is already yours you won’t chase it. I see some information talking about taking action or acting as if. I feel like living in the end is exactly The same as taking action. If you are living as if you are acting as if. I think this is the big piece that I was missing when manifesting.

[Also, I had a profound experience with the God State, which in a way involved the SP, too.]

Loved this video! Thank you for making it. HA - I voted for your next 3 hr course to be on "God Self/State" but clearly was outvoted ;-). I'm almost at this state. I'm solid in knowing I am god/I am creator. I'm solid in feeling every moment is whole and complete when I take the time to sit back and feel that specific moment. However, I'm having trouble leveling up from feeling "whole" in this micro-moment to feeling "whole" in my life/throughout the day (especially when not in meditation and just going about my day, when my head spins in normal analysis mode :-).) A meditation on God state would be awesome! and more videos on this topic would be fabulous.THIS is the key to everything (ha, and I'm solid in knowing that, too!)

Connecting to the simplicity of the God Self/State is what makes it easy. And, yes, you're right, sometimes that first step (landing in your God Self) is unfamiliar and therefore tricky at first.

When we are living in the end then we automatically let go.Its really challenging to maintain both living in end and let go simultaneously. Living in the end means that we already have something we want and let go is we dnt need that same thing to make us whole being.we can still be ok if we dnt have that manifestation.Thank you Shelly for this useful video💙🙏
