Detangling Curly Hair Shower

If you think detangling should only be used with the fingers, that's not true. Sometimes detangling only with fingers can leave leftover shedding, resulting in frizz and hook knots.

I’m 54, menopausal and going thru major hair changes. As I’ve gotten older my hair has gotten more curly than wavy. I try to only use my fingers or a wide tooth comb to get thru my hair in the shower but I find what I consider a lot to come out. I’m definitely going to try what you just showed. Big question … if you’re going to wash your hair do you do the conditioner first, brush out and then shampoo? If so how do you avoid getting more tangles? I’m really struggling lately ☹️
