    Dear Dave, there's something I don't get. In your first example, with the bottles, how do you come up with the price of the shots in the first place? On what is your decision based ? Thanks a lot for your answer

      Hi Adrien, the price of your shots is based on your desired cost percentage for your different alcohol categories (liquor, bottled beer, draft beer & wine).
