That was a very tidy install, I'm not doing a van, but got some great tips from your video 👍

Hello, a great video, explaining step by step everything that is needed for an installation like this. What I would like is for you to put a link to the extendable board support or photos to see it better.

Great video here! Loving the attention to detail. I’d definitely get some grommets or something on those cable entries from the engine compartment! Heat shrink isn’t going to lay long with all the vibration and the weight of the cable. Also not sure if having positive and negative/ground going through separate holes is good. What are the max amps going through the cables? I know in 240v install they have to go through the same cut out to prevent ferromagnetic affect.

they are not 240V only 30A max I think from
the alternator to the B2B charger. so not sure there will be any issues as you described. probs should get some grommets to be fair 🤣🤣 I was rushing. And it was so hard to reach 😂😂

I like those boards you made the enclosure out of. What are they / where can I buy them?

I got the separate boards from flight case hardware a uk online store that sells the separate panels for way cheaper than the average BandQ or similar hardware store. The furniture was built by theplyguys.co.uk.

It looks like buffalo board, great stuff. Coated with a phenolic resin! 💪🏻
