If you have condensation issues, you have a cold surface that warmer moist air is hitting to condense moisture. Adding the mylar/aluminum insulation above the rug will trap moisture as the air can pass by the edges. You either need to totally seal the vapor barrier to avoid condensation, or heat the cold surface to bring it above the dew point.
For the record, one of the dipshit admins from the facebook forum called: "Lance Truck Camper Fans" deleted my post detailing this build because they said I was "promoting my youtube channel". WTF? I do NOT get paid and have NEVER received one penny for my 300+ youtube videos to date. Short sighted Facebook group admins keeping helpful content off of their members groups might just be a new trend. Friggin tools!
With the amount of work that had to go into making this unfortunately I wouldn't build one for hire. I'm not a talented enough welder/fabricator so they would not be worth my time to produce
