Bank staffs should watch this... Yes some are sincere but 99% are omg ase... As far as I know only 1% is good... The mood inside home and office should be different.. Thank you for the kind words for the bank personnel while trying to depict the troubles faced by customers due to rude, unfriendly, unhelpful attitude of some bank officers. It do hurts me a lot when negative comments are hurled at SBI employees because my youngest brother is an SBI employee and he is one of the sincerest, kindest, ever cheerful and helpful person. I do understand that because of those few people the image of SBI employees is tarnished and yes, they need to be kind and helpful. Aseno, you did a wonderful job in highlighting both the issues of a customer as well as the work pressure of a bank personnel. Keep coming up with such kind of educative videos....
My brother is also an employee at SBI and he comes home around 8/9 everyday cos of heavy pending work loads , I’m not supporting him but he is also one of the sincerest and kindest brother I have ever seen … we tend to spoil the image of everyone just cos of one/ two rude unfriendly staffs … this video wasn’t meant to hurt anyone’s sentiments but to highlight what everyone goes through every time we visit the bank … there are some really helpful kind people who works at banks and I salute them all for thier hard word and dedication
❤ Aseno did an amazing job as always 🎉 I didn’t want to comment but this video literally reminded me of the time when I had to cancel my SBI bank account so that I’m allowed to hold NRI bank account officially. I mean the entire process of just cancelling my account took me nearly a week where I had to visit SBI bank in Kohima and had to wait for literally the whole day. Unfortunately it’s not uncommon to see the daily struggles of the public or normal n ordinary people like us at almost all the banks but the amount of pain I had to go through was literally insane where I even went to the extend of wandering how could our people be this much heartless even to our own people 😢 Sometimes this literally makes me wander how far can we even go if we Nagas don’t change at all. Our mentalities also need to keep upgrading. Just imagine all Nagaland people owning Nokia black and white phone? Forget about internet 🛜 connection. Just Sharing my opinion as I love my NAGALAND ❤ Let me know what do you think 💭

So true! I have experienced this in Nagaland! Iam a Banker myself. This kind of attitude by the staff, Financial Advisors and Tellers is unexceptable at the financial institution I work. I'd lose my job if I don't take care of my customers. But apparently bankers in Nagaland don't know that it is the customers money that pays their salary.

In dimapur they don't give rent to naga students 😢 in many places they give rent only to non locals. Local people find hard to get rent in dimapur People calling dimapur miyapur is very true
