No way! Just yesterday I was listening to some Soundtrack songs and thought how cool would it be if you made Evil in a Closet cover. And here we are! Thank you mister, absolutely amazing stuff.
I'm working on learning this song for a cover. Your arrangement is extremely helpful! I love the trill you play on the Ab/G# chord before the verse starts.
Sir, After how long you remembered us sir? Anyway thanks for coming back with one of my favorite songs. In Flames we trust :) Hope to see you soon again :) (Excuse my English btw)
@@andreasvalken mad respect for keeping it in the same tuning as the original. Was it difficult getting a guitar set up in that tuning with proper intonation?
@@MrJingles021 Oh you wouldn't believe... My guitar frets are getting pretty worn out, the saddle looks like a mine field and the bridge had to be adjusted with a thin strip of leather underneath to compesate for thicker strings rattling all over. I used D'Addario .013 strings and Dava Picks. It was the only way to eliminate the harsh metallic sound that comes from such low tuning. (It's still harsh at times but waaaaay better than the first versions) D'Addario String and Dava Picks are not sponsors! (I wish tho...)
@@andreasvalken I have a Les Paul set up with 12-68 strings like Bjorn uses. It took some adjustments, but nothing like an acoustic would need. I used to play a lot of song by a guitarist named Don Ross, and he used a lot of strange tunings. I could never get it to sound nearly as good as what he did. So really, great job on what you did to get the clarity of your guitar tone.
we need you to come back
Damn bro. So beautiful. Nostalgia hitting differently. ❤
It's been 2 years and I still come back to this cover. It's so good. I need to learn how to play this song myself, too.
Потрясающий кавер! Теперь я даже не знаю что мне нравится больше - оригинал или ваша версия!
10/10
Это точно!

Can't describe how plausible the composition is.
On repeat it goes on and on.

Better than the original, honestly. This song is so beautifully composed but the studio version sounds so over-processed.
Brennt hier noch Licht?
Your covers are too good. What tuning did you use?
Hi there.
Thank you!
It's in C standard (C F A# D# G C)
