this is an amazing tutorial: trust me when I say that I’ve been watching so many tutorials for mesh bags but they are either too fast, or they have no option for the width of the strap, or the bag has a base that is too tiny or huge. this checks all the boxes of a thorough tutorial too - will definitely be making this bag:)

Made this using milk cotton yarn and it came out too small. Way too small for me so I gave it to my niece. Cute bag tho. Will try to make another one for me when I find 24/7 cotton.

I want to make this bag in two colours, as I don't have enough of either colour. Would you please suggest where I should start changing colours? Every two rows of the body? Or perhaps 4?
It depends how wide you want your stripes! 2 rows will be really thin, so I would do every 4

If you make it with cotton, you don’t need to!it won’t stretch too much!
is it better if I use soft cotton rope? or cotton yarn is as good? sturdiness wise.
i used acrylic yarn and it held up pretty good
at 11 : 30 why does my bag need 12 stitches ( 6 idb and 6 db ) to make a semi circle if i make 6 it goes only halfway what did i do wrong
There are 6 stitch around the curve. We put 2 double crochets into each, so we have 12 around the curve

The easiest way is to make it shorter, so do about half the number of rounds I did for the body.
