The updates on your house look really good! To make your house a little bit smarter you could automate your robot vacuum to clean when everyone is out of the house. You could also automate your smart lights to automatically change color based on the time of day. Bonus you could add a motion sensor to turn on the those lights when you walk into the room. Make the lights dim if it’s late at night and turn off if no one is in the room.
Smart home tech has got much better the last few years so this is a great time to get started. If you ever have any questions let me know!

Dude I've been deep in the North Korean content too. I saw Yeonmi Park on China Uncensored a while back but it wasn't until she was on Joe Rogan that I really got back into it. Its shocking to say the least. I wouldn't be surprised if we see North Korea liberated in our lifetime. Its an extremely poor country, and once Kim Jong Un finally dies of heart disease they'll have yet another opportunity... But we'll see.

Definitely Philips hue smart lighting, if you want light bulbs with vivid perfect colors true whites and nice warm tones. Definitely go for Phillips.
And smart switches from them those things are amazing.
I would also suggest getting some smart plugs those things make a big difference especially for non-automated Smart Home things.
And like an ecobee or a nest for smart thermostat controls.
Just a few things I've done that's made my home 100% better hopefully makes yours :)

We been watching all the amazing videos on RUclips wife says she getting caught up on twenty years of back log. I just laugh at her and tell this is what she wasted twenty defending 🤣 so glad she can't run anymore but dam she throw a remote like a ninja.
Make sure you check for mold during those bathroom upgrades. The health problems that shit will give you can be a nightmare getting right at the doctors. Lots of the subcontracted housing sights had mold problems. Families struggle for years before the problem and cause was discovered.
Are we going to see a drone course in the back yard.? Right now we are watching close calls, the parachute malfunction has us think about Gene going down. before that is was road rage and car accidents. Aloha. Great to see your house advancing. As a person that does a lot of renovations I once came across great advice that I wanted to share with you. In renovating a kitchen and in the absence of a valid sink it’s good to set up a temp kitchen. One way to do that is to go to alternate water source. Typically buying a laundry basin is super cheap and can be installed wherever the laundry is or if no room for a laundry sink by washer dryer at an outside source. Really only need a temp water hookup and the ability to run a hose to a drain source. The new laundry sink say a white plastic one is clean costs about $50 and is large enough to accommodate pots and pans etc. Then you can set up the makeshift counter and such. Loves you two from afar. *not a creepy stalker BTW. Just sending love. Your crew has amused me and kept me laughing through the pandemic. So thank you. Love your vlogs.

I always wonder why people install light switches outside of the room the switch is dedicated to. This confuses my Swiss brain al lot. Here it’s hallway switches are for hallways and switches in the bathroom are for the bathroom. I always get people sitting in the dark while traveling 🤣 sorry

Philips hue lights are the best! I have all my lights automated to turn on or off, and different colors at different times of the day!

You can make the lights turn on automatically (if nobody is already home) when the phone connects to wifi. Use it all the time!
