The only question is, I was told that you work out you should give your body a day rest so your muscles can heal. But in this video you say to do this every day. So is it because I'm not using weights I can do these exercises every day? Looking forward to hearing from you. I really need answer to this question before I start doing this every day. Hi Carrie, I recently started doing this everyday. I find that it helped greatly in helping me keep my balance and feel less tired, while taking the train. Hope this helps. ~x
+Kasandra H So is that because you aren't using weights?I thought if you cause muscle fatigue especially if you do this 2 times, You should take a day off to build the muscle ?
