Really doesn’t matter who starts at D-End because they’re all going to play. Don’t know if CU has the size at D-Tackle. Offensive line done an ok job last game in pass protection but they’re not getting any push off the line for the run game. It’s hard to establish a run game when you’re behind or in a shootout.
Just because you get the depth chart doesn’t mean those are the ones who’s starting…..come on it’s all a game. Relax on the coaching decision when you’re not at practice or watching film.
The team is gonna be fine. Quit trying to critique one game which the offensive line is much better than last year. The defensive line will have no problem applying pressure Saturday. This team is gonna be scary good after a few games playing together
I agree. By the time we get to Colorado State then we can really have a solid analysis. The North Dakota game was a test run. Nothing else. I bet they haven't even shown everything else that they're going to try
As a newer buffs fans I just want to say it’s ok to admit your concerns with the team and still have love for them. I’m concerned about a few things from last year but still have hope they we win every game

I guarantee, when CU finally decides to have a balanced attack he won't have substantial playing time then
the depth chart tells me that we are going back to the shotgun and staying in it like last week, we literally are not giving them more looks, i have never seen a shotgun plan game that allows us to establish the run like they are running it, THE ONLY way i see any type of shotgun to work is how peyton manning played the shotgun, peyton ran the k gun shotgun, where they used 3 wr, 1 te, 1 rb in the back, they were able to establish a run attack out of it and he diced up the field with that set up. The sheriff was good at that, if s. sanders can read the field like him then he should succeed really good at it and we should be able to establish a strong running game with it
Agree with you on RB Position, and center spot , I think the defense will be better this week, Michigan is still the standard. Michigan runs the ball down your throat to finish games
I agree with you on hank, they got to give him another shot and I think after this game they have to go with walker. he was 267 when he got there but hes put on about 20 pounds and is about 285-290 and hank is in the 300s now. walker has the experience, and he was a starter at uconn. if that doesn't work out which i think would be best case is Tyler brown at center and then Tyler Johnson gets his spot.
Manufacturing the bulletin board material. Shedur is the real deal. Everyone knows it, Nebraska better than anyone. Seasoned veteran and Raiola is a true freshman with all of one start under his belt. That's not really bulletin board material, or for that matter even the storyline of the game. The headline is whether the 30 year old men on Nebraska's D-Line can be stopped by the portal assembled Buffs O-line. Shedur gets sacked less than 8 times and the Buffs will win. Raiola may or may not be up to the challenge, but he's probably not going to give the Buffs 3 turnovers inside their own 30.
Because he's horrible in pass coverage as a S, but excellent as an LB. Guy didn't do a bad job outside of blowing his assignment looking at eye candy one play.
Roc can play center. Move Roc to center, which will make room for Johnson on the line. Hank is a back up until he gets stronger. #44 & #43 are backups/situation players.
What the hell do you want him to say? Oh no my teammate isn't as good... Its his teammate, that is just something you say about your teammate. God damn, draw so much out of nothing.
You know why Charlie is the starter? He is the equivalent of your TE/RB. They either dont run the ball 50/50, or they want to run most when they are up and they wasnt ahead long enough vs NDST to display it to the fans liking, but, they RPO'd 2 of the short yardage TDs, so NDST respected when they faked the run. They never established it as lead weapon like traditional teams do. They used it to set up the pass. But, lets not forget they was behind most of the game, and that aint the time to be a run heavy team. Ask Nebraska, who , if they get behind early in the Colorado game will abandon the run too and rely on their passing game. If Colorado is behind early ? You wont see much running out of them either.
I just LOVE the way Colorado held back and folks are predicting a loss based on the NDSU game. CU is gonna surprise so many haters when they stomp a mud hole in Nebraska. They will beat them worse than last year. My pockets are gonna be so fat!!!
Micah Welch should be starting at RB he is a beast all they have to do is let him play i'm 100% sure he will take over the position EASY when given his chance. BJ Green should be starting for sure and it's absurd that he isn't starting. N. Hill Green should be starting over Woods because Woods feet are too slow to keep up with the quick speed of the opponents. What's keeping him starting is his intelligence for the game because he is a good play reader, but his feet are just too slow to start. Hank and Yakari our center spots are very weak, and Nebraska has 2 DAWGS #9 Ty Robinson and #0 Nash Huthmacher OMG, them bull rushers are hard to stop which I watched they 2023 game tape against Michigan and them boys were unstoppable.
