Do you have implementation steps or Doc Id for Data Masking & Data Subsetting with any example through OEM 13.3 Version. I understood the concept, now looking to implement them

I manage a system that has 100,000+ columns across 6,000+ tables. I want to build a development environment that doesn't put our business at risk when I host it elsewhere. I'm struggling getting through all the columns to figure out which ones ought to be masked or encrypted. I'd love to just blindly sanitize everything, but I can't because many tables hold system metadata. If I may make a recommendation for a future feature, it would be nice if AI could identify for us which columns probably need to be sanitized, which probably don't, and perhaps which handful of columns need human intervention to decide. Such a feature could go a long way to justify the cost of this EE pack.
