In a poll a few years ago (I think on NRL.com) they asked fans who were their least liked clubs. I think it was the Roosters or Brisbane who topped the list who were the worst, with the Panthers at the bottom.
Fiji rugby team of 2007 world cup went through this kind of training and guess what they beat wales to qualify for the quarters and almost beat South Africa as well..

Do jiu-jitsu that shit is hard, having someone lay on you like a wet blanket and you gotta try get out of it not jut by pure strength either, makes you mentally and physically strong

We didn't win the GF, but we have a few records that will last for decades. Unless we go better and surpass our 2020 efforts.
Super competitive young men. These and men like them are what we want our kids to aspire to be. All the negative is for a parent to lead the way on. Young men make mistakes and have the ability to come back from that. That's what a parent should teach
Not sure if you can make it happen, but could you tell the Panthers Digital Media department to get a 4K camera with the hold-handle so that all uploads on their youtube channel is done in minimal 4K? In 2021 4K is a must and 720p/1080p is not sufficient. Something like a "Panasonic HC-X1000 4K Camcorder" or the Canon or Sony equal of that, and it will make a big difference in quality
