This project is in such a location that no one in their right senses would build a home to live there. I don’t know why @Saudaghar failed to mention that. Plot cost near this location are merely 5-10 lakhs for R zone plots. And even that is too high looking at the location. Been there personally.
dam toot gaya toh lower areas mein rehne walonko problem hota hai if the plot is at same level as dam then it's safe because water will go down due to gravity.

still I dont get the answer on my question here. could you pls update is there any deadline to build the banglow? 2nd question if not then 40% to 60% buy the property and start construction based on their flexibility so that means construction will continue next 10/15 years if people start construction after 5 years. even they mentioned to build within in 5 years. that's means so peaceful time if u buy and build the banglow within 3 years next 10 to 15 years or even more. some people will buy this project just for investments so there won't be 100% all bunglow in the project so u will always see empty land and one another construction ongoing. There are sub clauses regarding development in the R zone plots,Well fenced, remarkated NA plots under gated community is the safest deal for residential purpose plots.

Ganesh Ji, R-Zone plots required sanctioning for the construction, check permissible FSI with the architect & create plan layout accordingly. Same plan submit to the respective authority (PMRDA/PMC/PCMC). Based on these process you can apply for the construction loan as well.
