Lies! I am 17 and I have lived here ALL of my life. I love this town. The teens who are bored and smoke obviously have no hobbies and sit around waiting for something to happen. There are excellent gyms here too. I'm a gym bunny and I'm always busy. P.S. Either all of the people you hangout with are the similar type, or you just haven't met very many teens from here!
I have been there a few times. It’s such a lovely area. Although I did notice quite a few homeless and drug addicted people. I was told that some live in the woods.
Nevada City is not a city; it's a town....I grew up here alongside Grass Valley throughout my kid/teen years; and I'm moving back; tired of the city life where I live now!!

Great video! This town is one of the most if not the most charming in California(sorry Mendocino, Ferndale).
@bboychi1 FYI: Nevada CIty is actually in California - in the Sierra Nevada foothills between Sacramento and Lake Tahoe.
