I burned through a medium size of this candle in like 4 days. Its a great authentic tea smell. I just ordered it in a large jar yesterday. This is my first tea candle ever, but it's truly aromatherapy to me. Look forward to trying tea scents because of it.
Wow, 7 years ago, that's quite amazing. I'm hesitant to try this brand due to their thin wicks, don't trust them to burn well. I've seen these at Marshall's and T.J. Maxx, good price for it. I've heard the tree scents are really good like Northern Pine and Winter Woods. Woodwick made a Tea Time candle too, it had a green tea note.
Loved this review saw this candle last year and it reminded me so much of my grandmother as she was the one who got me into drinking tea. However it was just before Christmas and I was shopping for gifts so couldn't justify buying it for myself. However next weekend I'm going back to the store I saw it in (it's very far away) and I'm going to buy it (the lady has put it on hold for me) I'm so excited to get this candle and I'm going to treasure burning it. I'm glad you enjoyed it too 😀
Your review made my purchase this candle, thank you. I'm not expecting such a strong throw as Maple Butter, but the way you described this scent -oh it sounds delightful!
I know we have talked about this before, but I HATE summer as well. I'm dreading it this year because last summer was a bear. My Summer SAD was off the charts. I keep hoping for a warm wet summer. 75 with a breeze and rain. Is that so much to ask? Anyway, I see on the village candle website that they have this scent available as a melt. I think Ill check it out! Thanks for the review.
+~*Kristiyn*~ Ugh. Summer. The bane of my existence lol! It drives people nuts that I hate summer. But honestly I have never liked it. Even as a child lol!
I always hear about Village Candle but here in Canada I can't seem to find them anywhere. Contacted the company and shipping was ridiculous so won't be ordering online. Great review though :)
Melanie, can't wait to try this. I'm on a tea candle kick. On another note...I have good news for you. I may have found a worthy replacement for the much loved and missed Nutmeg & Spice from BBW. It's Carrot Cake from Goose Creek. Have you tried it? I just lit it, and right away it reminds me of that! Ron
+MrKongsMom Oh ok! Maybe there's a difference in strength between the two forms because mine is very sweet with lots of cream cheese notes; the spice is barely evident and in the background. I'll have to try the melt and compare.

Just finished my jar. Loved it so much. It was good to get someone else's thoughts. One interesting thing is that I felt I could smell peach in it!
+Diana A Oh neat! I didn't get the peach at all. Maybe I will hit a peach pocket on the way down?? ;)
Love this candle i think it smells nice
Great review Melanie. I've never found this brand in our outlet stores in 🇨🇦. Thank you for sharing😊~Kim
+CanadaKim1978 That seems to be the consensus. No village in canada. I feel bad for my canadian friends!

It's beautiful. I wish it had a better throw. It isn't bad, but with scent this lovely you want it to carry throughout the house.
NKL-new kitchen collection from Village Candle? That's what Google said, at least lol.
+Kerri Marlo Hum, maybe thats what it means. Not sure. But thanks for googling!
Just ordered this. Sounds really nice and as a Brit a tea candle is a must.
+Tired mum It's really lovely :)

+Heather Catherine Awe, bummer! I feel bad for the canadians. You guys get the shaft on some things!
I'm gonna look for this at marshals. lol
+karen parrish I hope you find it!
Sounds really nice! I'll have to keep my eyes out for it. I've never tried village...any others you'd especially recommend?
+Sunfish OutOfWater Lemon Pound Cake is really nice as well :)
Ah yes...I remember you speaking highly of that one. Definitely my type of scent too. Thanks for the recommendation!

+getmeacandle I had the melts from the GC carrot cake and actually didn't care for it. Gasp, I know...... It was too spicy for me.
