WARNING. It is not a DIY, it is an example of construction, I am not a professional. I just want to share the making of a compact RC excavator.
The excavator will be semi-scale, so not 100% identical to the real model, some parts are adapted according to the constraints of the scale model.

je ne savais pas que l'on pouvais souder de l'aluminium avec un simple fer à souder et de l'étain. Mais bravo quel ajustage et tant de précision.

Curious why you are using glue on the one bucket and solder on the other? Your level of detail is amazing!
One is steel and one is alloy
The trenching bucket is in steel for the stenght. It's solder by tin. The tilting bucket is in aluminium for weight. It's glued with epoxy.

Soldering is for steel. Epoxy is for aluminium

Sorry I do not have the drawing of my bucket, but you can find all drawing you want on google. just search with "ditching bucket drawing" or "excavator bucket drawing" choose the model you want and put it to the scale you want.

WOW... Your videos have inspired me to build my own. Can I ask why you go for 1:15? From what I have seen all the scaled trucks are 1:14 and I think it would be nice that they can be used together. But maybe it's okay, here where I live the local group runs 1:14-1:16 together. Anyways, the one I am thinking of building is the Volvo EC380E in 1:14, I have just printed the papirs today, it is huge.
1/15 is a good mix between tamixa 1/14 and toy Bruder 1/16.

Standard bucket are made of steel, ditch bucket is in aluminium.. All drawing are in video description, with link for download.

Ce n'est malheureusement pas aussi efficasse mais c'est mieux que rien, surtout bien dégraisser pour les collages.

@@optimus8910 Non le sablage c'est pas forcément pour la soudure, par contre pour la soudure il faut une pièce propre et dégraissée.
bonjour , franchement tes vidéos sont super à regarder et super instructive , pourrais tu me dire quelle matiere tu prends pour ton godet et tu les brase avec de l'étain ou autre chose pour l'assemblage ?
Merci ! Pour les godets, soit alu collé avec endfest300 soit acier brasé etain.

Salut j'aimerais savoir pourquoi tu chauffe les pièces avant de coller

Je préchauffe la pièces, mais je continue de chauffer assemblage après collage, pendant 5min. Le colle est plus liquide et pénètre mieux les interstice des pièces, le colla est plus fort. Et ca permet d'avoir un séchage en 5min.

-> 5min à 180°

I want a wheeled excavator. But didn't choose the brand yet. Of course it will be fitted with tiltrotator.
Do you have a particular _local_ source for mundane stuff like scale model sized screws, nuts, shafts, etc...? Considering the Electrical Outlets @09:50 being a Type J and one of the links linking to a fr. language website setting site I'm assuming you're from the French speaking region of Switzerland which got me kind of wondering if there's Swiss shop selling such parts. The smallest sizes my local HW Store has are usually M3+ but those are kinda too big for stuff like 1:16 and the only shops I otherwise know of selling sub M3 sized Hardware are, at best, based in Germany but usually in China 😐

@@jeromegiuliano9550 Je crois que ses vérins la ne son plus produit, ils était pour l'air et le join de tête n'est pas assé serré. Dans la vidéo je mets une bague fine dans la tête de vérin pour serrer plus le join.

Hallo jetzt verstehe ich auch warum so manche Rc Modell so Teuer sind ,wenn diese Hand gemacht werden wie deine ist mir das logisch . Aber wenn ich mir überlege ich sollte sowas bauen wüsste ich gar nicht wie ich damit anfangen soll ausserdem würde mir auch das Werkzeug Maschinien dazu fehlen .Für mich käme da nur ein fertiges Modell in frage aber die sind sehr teuer und ich mit meinen paar kohle als Frührentner langt es da hinten und vorne nicht ,also bleibt mir nur davon zu träumen und mir deine tollen Videos an zu schauen . Ich wünsche Dir und Familie ein schönes sonniges Wochenende Gruß an die Schweiz aus Hessen lg Uli
