Nice work. I did something close to move my splitter and trailer around. I bought a skid steer plate, mounted my plow on it and a hitch. No more lifting , a good thing.
Bryce they make a skid steer attachment plate now that is versatile. After a clamp on the bucket one (which works for light duty), I will be getting the plate.
I just drilled a hole in the top of my bucket to put the ball through. All my trailers take the same size ball. Also put one on my box blade too as it stays on 90% of the time
That certainly works too. I wasn't quite sure if the steel would be heavy enough on the bucket without the reinforcement plate. Have you had an problem with it bending?
@PeaceIntheValley not at all. That said, ive never moved it with a lot of weight on it. I did it just to move trailers out of my way if need be. It's a great mod! So fast and easy to pick the trailer up and move it.

Yes that is a good thing. Lifting some of these trailers is heavy!
Having a easy way to put on my plow and take if off without lifting or worrying about alignment of pins make life a little easier.

I'd love to see it! If you have facebook, share it to our page! Thanks!

I torched a hole in the end of one of my forks and keep a ball in the tool box.
That works too! I would have never thought of that! How long did it take to go through?
@@PeaceIntheValley not that long for me. I work in a steel fabrication shop. They are equipped to cut up to 1-1/2" steel.
