This was so refreshing to watch. I've been searching for some new ideas that are realistic in pregnancy, and a lot of the time the meals are way too fancy, and incredibly healthy! Normally I like to experiment in the kitchen and eat very well, but it's so much more difficult with plummeting energy levels and nausea /food aversions.
Love this video! I’m currently 30 weeks pregnant with our first (also a sweet boy!), and I feel like I’m constantly snacking. I’m glad to know I’m not alone! Small meals throughout the day has been a lifesaver to avoid overeating for me!

I feel like so many RUclipsrs walk through their meals of quinoa veggie patties and hemp noodles and make it seem terrible that some mommas sneak in some treats once in a while. Hey great video , I have a question this is my second pregnancy and I was diagnosed with low thyroid i really don’t know much about it I started to take medication at 16 weeks and worried that they I started to take the medication late now currently 22 weeks I am worried about the outcome of baby nobody is really walking me through this and idk if i am supposed to have a specific diet or not? I would really appreciate it if you replied 🥺 thank you new subscriber here👏🏻
