Finally, a telecaster that sits in the same place as a Les Paul Jr. I love the quality, love the look, love the sound. Def gonna pick one up.

Perfect bait for the guitarist that already owns everything! Priced perfect for guys like us....Fender knows that we have everything...so they slot these unique pieces for us guys that are always looking for something different to add! Pretty smart if you ask me.

Me too! Strat in surf green on order. Seriously though, I like no fuss hardtails, simple pup selection. I’m playing Esquire Teles now and a Strat has too many choices with 5 way! I would have bought a Tele if it had the pots thru the body and no plate like a Cabronita. It’s simplicity that’s important to me. The maple fingerboard on these is slap and not one piece! A bit unusual.

That tele sounds so good!!! Straight up Michigan rock sound right there!! I could play some MC5 all day on that.

Got the Noventa strat; transparent red colour, black guard, hardtail, light weight and so easy to play. I did put a pair of Amber P90s in it, and some VIPots, just because I wanted to. Got black strap locks and a case for it too. Now it’s ready to rock!
The noventa Telecaster looks unique and cool, I just love the simplistic design. But a double p90, hardtail Stratocaster in that shade of blue? Easily one of the best design variations fender has ever put out
LOVE P90s and really cool how the tele kept some of that twang and spank while still thickening up with the P90s.
Out of the entire Noventa series, the Tele with the one in the bridge is the one I feel looks and sounds the most practical. ... And I say this as if Id ever afford one lol
I actually liked this demo, they may be still out of my price range, but I fell for the Strat! I have never owned a Strat (55 years of Teles though), but when I heard the sound, I realized I was really digging the Strat!
Love it! If I wasn’t having a P90 Jazzmaster built, the Tele would be on my list. My only question for Fender is, why is the Strat the two pickup guitar and the Jazzmaster the three pickup guitar? My traditionalist obsessive mind thinks it should be the other way around.
I really like these. Think I would go for the Tele.
Been watching videos of him talking for quite a while - Baxter’s actually a hell of a player.
Be interesting to see a shootout between the Noventa Tele and a Les Paul Jr. See how a set neck vs. a bolt-on behaves etc.
From this clip I would have known it was a tele still. I agree that a side by side would be interesting.

SAME! I'm saving up for my first fender and I'm torn between this and the nitro finished road worn vintera modified. I don't know how limited are both runs 🤔 like it's only a 2021 thing? Fender didn't tell
Build your own and choose everything. My 2 fender style guitars are every bit as good as the vintage ones I've owned. I hate that thick poly crap too, it's like they dipped them in plastic.

ive put together three parts casters over the years with p90 configurations, im glad they finally started doing this kind of thing, im most interested in the jazzmaster, but i would opt for a fixed bridge, ive never been a fan of that vibrola for tuning stability

Interesting. I love my tele, ( brass saddles/ butterscotch/ vintage tuners). So, if it plays like my tele, but I get a different sound/ tone, it could be fun. If I see one, I’ll give it a go. 🎸

Something about the Tele Noventa doesn't look right to me aesthetically. Would like to have seen what a version with a more standard Tele pickguard would have looked like. Still, it's cool to see Fender versions of a Juniors and Specials.
It doesn't matter what pickups this guy uses he is a good player i bet what ever he uses it will sound good

This is why I love this channel. You are guitar store but still really honest the customers about the products. You are right I really love the look and the unique sound but still it aint a tele. It has that Billy gibbons mojo tones to it which I really love but for thousand bucks I really could build my own from luthier parts which probably would be best for the buck.

It’s a one trick pony but that one trick sounds glorious! Also, the stuff coming out of Mexico these days is starting to rival the USA stuff. If you don’t care about county of origin this is a very good value.

These are awesome and good price point. I don't need to own more guitars so I will practice adult skills and maybe pick a used one up some day or just resist the temptation altogether. But man these seem really cool and I like the Tele the best then the Jazzmaster. Strat should never be anything but S/S/S or worse case S/S/H to me.
I’ve been looking forward to these! I think the strat with the new Supro Delta King 10 is my next combo. From Casino, of course!

My SG with P-90s is one of my favorite guitars. Now I have another P-90 guitar to grip over. Admitting I have a problem is the first step. I'm a P-90 junkie. Now on to the second step. Get this guitar. See? Simple.

The tele is the “Paul Westerberg-caster”
So I have a Squire Tele that is very similar to that Noventa Tele. Same butterscotch blonde, it has 2 P90's set up in a LP style layout with the controls and 3 way toggle all in LP positions. If I'm reading the serial right it's a 2010. I have no clue what run this guitar was in, it was my uncles and when he passed away my cousin passed this one on to me. Any of you guys maybe know anything about it?
I have a Squire Tele from 2013. First 2-3 digits are letters (country code) next 2 digits are year. Mine CY13----. I will have to look it up, but hang on to it. My Squire actually sounds and plays pretty good.

I just picked up a "used" Noventa and the fit and finish are MIA quality. Frets are dressed and the neck is so comfortable. It feels like a MIA tele.
The Strat wins hands down. So versatile. So beefy. Choice of Neck or Bridge pickups. I love P90’s.

The Cabronita is definitely a cool guitar, but I’m gonna take my chances and wait on a Squire version 🤞🏻

Cool intro. I liked the tele. Not so much the strat. That blank area on the tele needs something like a little shelf to put a hot dog for during the drum solo.

Mine arrived today! Killer Killer Killer! You want classic Juniorish, guess thats a word fer now....tones, roll off the tone halfway. You want a hot tele tone? Dime the tone. It play and feels great right out of the box. Great for slide and open G!!!!

I really like the Tele but I already have 3 LP Jr type P90 guitars, so it would be hard to justify it.
The only thing I don't like is: having to take the neck off (Tele) to adjust the truss rod - I'm always having to make an adjustment...

I'll spare saying which store I bought this from because it's not their fault:
I'm both a Les Paul Junior and Fender fanatic, so this was a fantastic option for me. The craftsmanship however was severely underwhelming. I own 4 Mexi Fenders, and this was the most disappointing, and the most expensive. The first one I got had a nut that was cut asymmetrically and buzzed like hell. I know single coil buzz and that one was beyond that. I opened the control plate and the live wire in the middle post of the volume pot was not even soldered on, it was just wrapped around the post. Honestly, not worth the money (about $1400 CAD after tax)
Luckily I got it replaced, but even still, I'm underwhelmed. I love Fenders. I love P90s. They dropped the ball on this one.
Be sure to inspect this guitar if you consider buying it like I did

Might be a better idea to buy one new. I think these are limited production, and if so they will definitely be selling for at least the original price once they go out of production.

Out of curiosity, do you know what the route is under the Strat guard? Just curious because I am a fan of Hardtail strats and I do own a couple, but I know that they are hard to come by sometimes and lots of guys are interested in them nowadays. Possibly a good mod platform?
I’m curious how it’s routed myself. Regardless of the route I’m certain it would be a great modding platform.

@@Sargeslide it’s absolutely fantastic. Definitely lives up to the hype. Feels and sounds great with a set of 10s. I swear it feels a tad slinkier than my other teles from the single PUP, but that could be in my head. Who cares? Highly recommended for any style or genre - can do jazzy sounds as well as growl. I also HIGHLY recommend Sweetwater’s PLEK service. 👌🏼

Cool Tele- if I had not just built an offset tele with a single Filtertron I might be all over this.
A brand new Noventa Tele with 1x P90 will set you back $1,500 AUS on a good day.
This is a stand-and-deliver amount of lucre to expect for a very straightforward single pickup MIM guitar imho? I've got splinters in my arse sitting on this fence trying to decide if single P90 guitars (9X out of 10 with the pickup so close to the bridge it's ridonkulous?!) are necessary are luxury are usury? The neck on the Tele version, the only one my local excuse for a guitar store has (the biggest in QLD!? what a joke!), is ugly ergonomically squeaky shiny glossy grippy thick with lacquer & a budget bargain-basement SX Tele, after being dragged behind a ute for 3 hours would feel better prob?

Man stop carrying on about the price and the neck when you can simply pick up a fully loaded Noventa telecaster on Stratosphere for 499USD and get it shipped to Australia for another 85AUD. Then with your savings whack on your preferred Fender or Warmoth neck.
The Strat should've been given 3 P-90s. And I'd rather assemble a partscaster than buy one of those.
Have been between the noventa tele or the performer with neck humbucker....ahhhh decisions, decisions
