    Great exercise! Thanks for sharing. I think it's a good idea to start the thrills on adjacent frets first as a preparatory exercise and then continue with one fret apart as shown by you.

    Sir, is it okay if i mute the other strings while playing on the A string? I mean accidently I will hit the other strings .
    Or i must control my fingers to hit the specific string?
    In the 1st stage of the exercise.

      The idea is to work on finger control, so you should strive for precision.

    What is the purpose of the second exercise? Aren’t you training a movement in the fingers that never happens in music?
