  • Buckle up, science enthusiasts! A recent observation in a group of vaccinated health care workers has got the scientific community buzzing. These vaccinated individuals showed a unique antibody class switch to IgG4. Now, you might be wondering, what are IgG4 antibodies and why should we care? Well, IgG4 antibodies are a special type of antibody that play a crucial role in our immune system's response to certain diseases. But what makes this observation so fascinating is that it challenges our understanding of how our immune system responds to vaccinations. Could this mean that our current understanding of vaccine efficacy needs to be revised? Join us as we dive into the science behind IgG4 antibodies and explore the potential implications of this exciting discovery.

    He also called doctors to immediately stop the jabs in his last public interview in Milan, Italy, as of February 2021.(the media in France turned their back on him and when he died last February, no major media was present, and his funerals were ignored...).

Is there a difference would be a good question… Are there any studies whether autoimmune diseases happen to vacc. or unvacc. patients - and if both (what id speculate) - to which group rather? @Savior Money well in this case I think its rather not favorable to not show it bc I speculate the spike protein does that in general. No matter whether it is artificially built or the natural one. Just compare to what long covid patients report and what some post-vacc patients report - much of it suggests more or less severe autoimmune or immune system problems (among other reported symptoms e.g. cardio-vascular/brain/lung damage or or or). Just another viscious side effect of this disease. I get more and more the impression that the spike protein is responsible for a lot of it. I wonder why science is not exploring other parts of the virus to create a vacc, eg just the RBD.

    What a great video.
    As a long time beekeeper with around 100+ hives, I get stung, sometimes several times every single day during the 6 month season.
    (I wear little protective gear when the weather gets hot and would rather get stung than cook with long clothing in excessive heat all day. )
    Your explanation of the IGG4 antibodies makes so much sense.
    I have no noticeable reaction anymore from honey bee stings, but if I get stung by a yellow jacket, it's totally different.
    Pain, swelling and crazy itching for 2 or more days.
    It's obvious my body recognizes the difference in venom and reacts accordingly.
    That made it very easy to understand how multiple vaccinations creating IGG4 antibodies to the Spike Protein could be devastating to those with now altered immune chemistry.
    Thank you so much for your presentation!

    It would be great to see if unvaccinated people after two or three infections also have IgG4 antibodies. Unfortunately it is not a standard test to look for IgG4 antibodies and I wouldn't know where to get it. Several of my friends and I are unvaccinated. I had two infections, which I know of and I do have normal antibodies (I don't know which type they measured) and I would be willing to support science by letting them test my blood. I'm afraid in Germany the narrative to get vaccinated is so strong that studies with unvaccinated will not be financed or supported. 😞

      It is true that there may be limitations to conducting studies on unvaccinated individuals, especially in areas where the emphasis is on vaccinating the population. However, it is important to note that studies on unvaccinated individuals are still being conducted in some places, and there may be opportunities for individuals to participate in these studies.
      If you are interested in participating in studies on unvaccinated individuals and have concerns about finding opportunities in your area, you may consider reaching out to research institutions or academic centers that are conducting studies on COVID-19. They may be able to provide information on ongoing studies and whether there are any opportunities for participation. It is also important to ensure that any studies you participate in follow ethical and safety guidelines.

    • @Merogenomics
      @Merogenomics  Год назад +6

      If you have been tested and found to have high levels of IgG4 in your blood, it is important to determine the underlying cause of the elevation. IgG4 elevation can be caused by a variety of conditions, including autoimmune diseases, infections, and allergies. Therefore, treatment options will depend on the specific underlying cause.
      For example, if your high IgG4 levels are due to an autoimmune disease, treatment may involve medications that suppress the immune system, such as corticosteroids or immunomodulatory drugs. If allergies are the cause, avoidance of the allergen and medications such as antihistamines or immunotherapy may be effective.
      It is important to consult with a healthcare professional to determine the underlying cause of your elevated IgG4 levels and develop an appropriate treatment plan. Additionally, managing inflammation through lifestyle changes such as diet and exercise, and incorporating anti-inflammatory supplements may also be beneficial in reducing symptoms.

      It's important to rely on scientific evidence when considering the cause of an immune response, rather than speculation or assumptions. In the case of the development of IgG4 antibodies after COVID-19 vaccination, there is ongoing research to better understand the mechanisms behind this phenomenon and its potential implications for vaccine efficacy and the risk of breakthrough infections.
      It's possible that the development of IgG4 antibodies after vaccination could be related to individual differences in immune response, genetics, or other factors. However, more research is needed to fully understand the factors contributing to this response and its implications for vaccine efficacy and safety.

This helps the immune system recognize and develop an immune response to the spike protein, which can help protect against COVID-19.
      Overall, these vaccines have shown to be effective at preventing severe illness and hospitalization due to COVID-19. However, there have been rare reports of serious side effects, such as blood clots, associated with the AstraZeneca and Johnson & Johnson vaccines.

The question of whether there is a connection between these molecules and IgG dimers is an intriguing one that could shed new light on our understanding of the immune system and its responses. As more research is conducted on this topic, we may uncover exciting new insights into the complex interplay between different components of our immune system. • @Merogenomics
      @Merogenomics  Год назад +1

      I completely understand your request for simpler explanations, and I will do my best to explain things in plain language.
      Antibodies are proteins that our immune system makes in response to infections, vaccines, or other foreign substances. They are like little soldiers that help our immune system fight off invaders. Each antibody is specific to a particular invader, so if you get infected with a new virus, for example, your immune system has to make a new antibody to fight it.
      When you get vaccinated, the vaccine contains a harmless piece of the virus or bacteria that the vaccine is designed to protect against. This harmless piece is enough to trigger your immune system to make antibodies against the invader, so that if you are exposed to the real thing later on, your immune system is already primed and ready to fight it off.
      In the case of the COVID-19 vaccines, they contain a piece of the virus called the spike protein. The spike protein is what the virus uses to attach to and enter human cells. By making antibodies against the spike protein, the vaccine helps your immune system recognize and fight off the virus if you are exposed to it later.
      As for the ethical considerations of medical experimentation on humans, it is a complex and controversial issue that has a long history. It is important for researchers and policymakers to carefully consider the potential risks and benefits of any medical intervention, and to ensure that all participants in clinical trials are fully informed and give their informed consent.

      IgG4 antibodies have a complex role in the immune system and their exact function is not fully understood. They are known to play a role in allergies and can be useful in desensitization therapy. However, they are also associated with some autoimmune disorders and it is not clear whether they are protective or harmful in these conditions. More research is needed to fully understand the role of IgG4 antibodies in the immune system.

  • @peterfischer7084

    You mentioned that IGG4 antibodies were involved in autoimmune disease. Is it known in what way they're involved? Are they a mitigating response to autoimmune disease or are they part of the causal pathogenicity? Could they be a mitigating agent in preventing excessive and dangerous immune responses to the virus?

    • @Merogenomics
      @Merogenomics  Год назад +2

      IGG4 antibodies are generally considered to have a regulatory role in the immune system, which means they help to modulate immune responses rather than causing them. In autoimmune diseases, IGG4 antibodies have been found to be involved in some cases, but their role can be complex and may vary depending on the specific disease.
      For example, in some autoimmune diseases such as IgG4-related disease (a type of immune-mediated disease that can affect various organs), IGG4 antibodies are actually thought to play a protective role by blocking other antibodies that are causing damage. However, in other autoimmune diseases, such as rheumatoid arthritis, IGG4 antibodies may contribute to inflammation and tissue damage.
      Regarding COVID-19, there is some research suggesting that IGG4 antibodies may be involved in protecting against severe disease. One study found that people with severe COVID-19 had lower levels of IGG4 antibodies compared to those with milder disease, and that the presence of IGG4 antibodies was associated with better clinical outcomes. However, more research is needed to understand the role of IGG4 antibodies in COVID-19 and how they might be used as a mitigating agent.

    • @Merogenomics
      @Merogenomics  Год назад +2

      It is difficult to say for certain whether your friend's sudden development of rheumatoid arthritis after receiving three shots could be caused by high IgG4 levels. Rheumatoid arthritis is an autoimmune disease that can be caused by a variety of factors, including genetics, environmental factors, and immune system dysfunction.
      While IgG4 antibodies have been implicated in some autoimmune diseases, the exact role they play is not yet fully understood. It is possible that high IgG4 levels could contribute to the development of rheumatoid arthritis, but it is not necessarily the only factor.
      It is important to note that any potential link between the COVID-19 vaccine and the development of autoimmune diseases like rheumatoid arthritis is still being studied, and at this point, there is not enough evidence to establish a definitive causal relationship. If your friend is experiencing symptoms of rheumatoid arthritis or other autoimmune diseases, they should consult with a healthcare professional for a proper diagnosis and treatment plan.

Lets say you were unlucky enough to find yourself with a deletion or 2 in these cells, the 11q and 13q genes to be specific. How would this effect these cells ability to not only participate in an immune response, but to produce the antibodies required to fight a CoV2 infection? and 2. in a previous video you were talking about I think a protein ( cant remember for sure but protein seems right) that could go in to the cells and repair this type of damage. Is it not possible to repair these cells genome using a m-rna style shot coded with the proper genes taken from your own healthy b cells as RnA packaged in a lipid? the risk of bone marrow/ immune system transplant is not pretty? I've read a fair bit on the CRISPER gene editing tool, but I'm not sure that it can be done on an entire organism. thanks :) Ps. the CLL is in complete remission using protein kinase inhibitor so I assume my immune system would be comparable to others as the disease is not active, though I'm not 100% sure about that. It also appears to modulate inflammatory and immunological responses in organs like the lungs and heart, so perhaps it could also be linked to the liver story as well? How are the IgG4 levels linked to different organ outcomes I am still not certain either but we know that these elevated levels in IgG4 related diseases can target numerous organs. • @Merogenomics
      @Merogenomics  Год назад +2

      Yes, IgG4 is the last subclass of IgG because it has a unique function in the immune system. Unlike other IgG subclasses, IgG4 has a relatively low affinity for antigens, meaning that it does not bind tightly to them. Instead, IgG4 antibodies are thought to act as blocking antibodies, preventing other IgG subclasses from binding to antigens and triggering an immune response.
      This mechanism is thought to be important in regulating immune responses and preventing excessive inflammation or damage to tissues. In some cases, high levels of IgG4 antibodies have been associated with autoimmune conditions, where the immune system attacks the body's own tissues. However, the role of IgG4 in autoimmune disease is complex and not yet fully understood.

    I have read that menopausal women in hormonal imbalances, have a hard time with c19 because they don't make some of the igg antibodies in the beginning of fighting the infection. Is this true?

    • @Merogenomics
      @Merogenomics  Год назад +1

      There is limited research on the effects of menopause and hormonal imbalances on COVID-19 antibody production. However, there is some evidence to suggest that estrogen may play a role in immune response and antibody production.
      Estrogen has been shown to enhance the production of B cells, which are responsible for producing antibodies, as well as the activity of T cells, which play a key role in coordinating the immune response. Studies have also suggested that estrogen may play a role in regulating the production of certain antibodies, including IgG.
      In addition, some studies have suggested that menopausal women may have a decreased immune response to infections, potentially due to changes in hormone levels. However, more research is needed to fully understand the relationship between menopause, hormone levels, and immune response to COVID-19.
      It's worth noting that antibody production is just one aspect of the immune response to COVID-19, and other factors, such as T cell response, also play important roles in fighting off the virus.

    Have we really studied these kinds of Igg4 antibodies in the context of, say, non-live/killed virus/pathogen vacks? Could it be that they have a propensity to produce Igg4 Abs as though it's a otherwise neutral antigen that the body ought not overreact to?

    • @Merogenomics
      @Merogenomics  Год назад +2

      Great question! While IgG4 antibodies have been studied extensively, there is still much to learn about their specific role in the immune response to vaccines and infectious agents. Some research suggests that IgG4 antibodies may play a role in regulating the immune response to certain pathogens and preventing excessive inflammation, but the exact mechanisms by which they do so are still not fully understood.
      It's possible that IgG4 antibodies may be produced in response to non-live/killed vaccines as a way of regulating the immune response and preventing overreaction. However, more research is needed to fully understand the role of IgG4 antibodies in vaccine response and how they may be affected by different types of vaccines.
      It's also worth noting that the production of IgG4 antibodies is not unique to vaccines - they can also be produced in response to other stimuli, such as environmental allergens or autoimmune disorders. So while IgG4 antibodies may play a role in regulating the immune response to vaccines, it's important to consider their potential role in other contexts as well.
      Overall, the study of IgG4 antibodies and their role in the immune response is an active area of research, and there is still much to learn about their specific functions and mechanisms. As more research is conducted, we may gain a better understanding of how IgG4 antibodies contribute to the immune response and how they can be harnessed for the development of new vaccines and therapies.

      I'm sorry to hear that you've been experiencing health issues despite receiving two doses of the COVID-19 vaccine. It's good that you've seen an immunologist and had bloodwork done to investigate the issue.
      Based on your description, it sounds like your IgG2 and IgG3 levels are low, but your IgG4 levels are high. IgG is a type of antibody that plays an important role in the immune response to infections. IgG2 and IgG3 are subtypes of IgG that are particularly important for protecting against bacterial infections. IgG4, on the other hand, is typically associated with allergic and autoimmune responses.
      It's difficult to say whether your immune system will fully recover or not, as it depends on the underlying cause of your low IgG2 and IgG3 levels. Your immunologist will likely investigate further to determine the underlying cause of your immune system issues and develop a treatment plan based on your specific situation.
      In the meantime, there are steps you can take to support your immune system, such as maintaining a healthy diet, getting enough sleep, managing stress, and avoiding exposure to infections. It's important to continue following public health guidelines, including wearing masks and practicing physical distancing, to reduce your risk of exposure to COVID-19 and other infections.
      I hope this information is helpful, and I wish you all the best in your recovery journey.

    • @Merogenomics
      @Merogenomics  Год назад +4

      IgG4 antibodies have been associated with certain autoimmune diseases, but their exact role in these conditions is still being studied. In autoimmune diseases, the immune system mistakenly attacks healthy cells and tissues in the body, leading to inflammation and damage.
      In some cases, the immune system produces IgG4 antibodies that recognize and bind to the body's own proteins or tissues, which can contribute to the development or progression of the autoimmune disease. In other cases, IgG4 antibodies may be produced as a result of the autoimmune disease itself, as the body tries to regulate the immune response and prevent further damage.
      However, it's important to note that not all autoimmune diseases involve IgG4 antibodies, and the specific role of IgG4 in each disease can vary. Autoimmune diseases are complex and multifactorial, and involve many different components of the immune system.

      It is important to note that there is currently no specific treatment or cure for COVID-19 or the vaccine side effects. While some natural remedies and supplements may have potential health benefits, it is important to consult with a healthcare provider before using them as a treatment or prevention method.
      Vitamin C is an essential nutrient that plays a role in immune function, and some studies have suggested that it may have a role in reducing the severity and duration of respiratory infections. However, there is currently no evidence to suggest that vitamin C is effective against COVID-19 or vaccine side effects.
      Pineapple and natto are both sources of the enzyme bromelain, which has been studied for its potential benefits in reducing inflammation and blood clots. While there is some limited evidence to suggest that bromelain may have some health benefits, more research is needed to determine its effectiveness as a treatment for COVID-19 or vaccine side effects.
      Sprouts and sea salt are both sources of important nutrients, but there is no evidence to suggest that they have specific benefits in preventing or treating COVID-19 or vaccine side effects. I thought the IGG4's are supposed to activate at the end of the fight and calm the response, or to prevent too drastic a response to an allergic reaction, they should not be the first response. This would make the body tolerate a virus attack and prolong it, eventually weakening the entire immunity system. Did they check to see of the first and second response IGGs had sufficient presence? I had to unsub when you said the forced medical procedure had saved lives, I am not so sure you are a viable source of info as the evidence is showing quite a different story.

      You are correct that IgG4 antibodies are typically associated with a regulatory or calming response to an immune reaction, rather than an initial response. However, recent studies have suggested that the development of IgG4 antibodies after COVID-19 vaccination may be associated with a reduced immune response and may be less effective at neutralizing the virus compared to other types of antibodies, such as IgG1 or IgG3.
