Thank you for sharing. I agree that if you truly love someone, you would stay with them no matter what. But we all have wants and needs. She did what she needed to do. At the same time, she bought him a house. She did not toss him in nursing home and took everything. Imagine if it was the other way around. So many stories similar like this but it was the husband who left the wife, become super mean, neglect the wife, and take all the money.

@@xayxiong1061 Nah, karma rarely happens and when it happens, it's usually by coincidence not karma (or as Hmong say npam). Some of the worst people in history died painlessly and of old age. Lots of good people die very young... even babies. Thus, the saying, "The good die young". So these npam stuff, total nonsense. If a thief keeps stealing, he'll eventually get caught, if a driver keeps driving, he'll eventually get into an accident, etc. When he gets caught, Hmong would say it's npam. No it isn't. When he gets into an accident, Hmong would say it's npam. No it isn't. Even the most careful and most righteous person will get into accidents. Bad guy can steal from you, bad guy can even kill you... will karma hit him? 1 in a million chance.

Ya have NEVER in ur life known someone with TRAUMATIC BRAIN INJURY and PTSD and it shows. My husband had brain injury way b4 we met and it's hard as hell staying married sometimes.
