To be honest, I watch these BTS to see the differences. Xu Kai is definitely dedicated to his work and is friendly with any costar he works with. It's obvious he's comfortable with Bai Lu and I say this with conviction because they work under the same agency and they have worked together a lot so getting comfortable with each other is definitely unavoidable. If you watch the BTS of falling into your smile with costar Cheng Xiao, you see the same playfulness and freeness in him. I think the more he's exposed to filming (and maybe depending on who exactly he's working with), he does get cute and "flirtatious" (friendly and comfortable) with them
I've seen both, and he's playful with both actresses. With this though, I note a difference. I'm not sure how to explain it, but there's a sense of affection and like...his expressions or behavior, seem more honest/serious(?) when it comes to them getting physical for a scene. For lack of a better description, if someone told me they were friends with benefits, I'd believe it.
