I remember when this car came up for sale.. if I had seen this video and seen the love and the lessons being taught from dad to son, I would have bought it.. Great video..
Thanks for the video. I'm changing the oil & filter for the first time since I purchased my 02 SC430. You have a nice car collection there! Thank you again.
Just want to say I teally enjoyed this video. To the point, concise, and you made it look super easy! Thanks for posting. Tomorrow I'm headed to a dealership to test drive a 2004 SC430. Hope it's as nice as the pics.
Yo we got similar taste, I had 3 of these SC430's and now a LS460 F-Sport. Miss the SC430s so Ima get one soon as a daily as well as soon as my garage space becomes bigger. lol
Pay the extra (OMG!) six bucks every six months for full synthetic. It's an SC430 and a daily driver, for god's sake! If you don't have the extra dollar a month, spend three more minutes a day panhandling or forgo your Starbucks for a single day.
I wish my dad did things like this with me when I was his age. If I live in TX, have a SC430, but don't drive it as often as you, should I use 10w40? Or 5w40? or doesn't matter? And why do you choose 10w or 5w? It's thicker, right? What's the value?
This is some wholesome family content... if there is oil to change by the time he's driving he'll bet set!

Mechanicly, it's one of the greatest cars ever made.
I have a 2008 Pebble Beach. Each spring, after winter hibernation, it feels like a new car;)

I'll be posting on my page, picking it up next Friday 🤙😁

Safety first-where are the boys safety glasses?
You can add oil to the filter. It soaks into the element. Not to over fill of course

Where do you buy the hockey plug thing that is used to jack up the car?

A magnet sticks to our oil pan (which means it's not aluminum) on our RAV4.
Are you using 10W-30? 😳😟
Looks like from the video. I thought this car used 5w30 myself.
I can't keep daily-ing my LS460 F-Sport man, racking too many miles lol
