*I misspoke- the two main characters in North is the Night are not sisters! The book features a sapphic romance. I should have done a bit more research before filming-sorry about that, guys! 🤦🏻♀️
Zodiac Academy 9 was similar to 7 and 8 in that it was drawn out and didn't need everything in there. In saying that, I felt satisfied with the ending and two characters finally having their time.
I have the same thoughts about Zodiac Academy. I've started listening to the audio, slowly but surely, of Restless Stars because I HAVE to finish this series that has meant a lot to me.
I give Restless Stars Book 9 four stars the ending with epic it was worth it to see the bad guys finally get what they deserve. I tandem. Read book 8 and 8.5.
Thank you so much for bringing North Is The Night on my radar, I am super excited to see what the author does with the Finnish folklore aspects of the story! 🤓
I know that you have had trouble with AFITF but hang in there. That and the last book are amazing. Also you really need to finish The Sacred Stones series. Kate Golden is amazing. I loved it. Finally I am counting down the days to Quicksilver too.
I already read Quicksilver which is why I didn’t pick it in the Patreon poll but I’m excited to see what you think of it. I enjoyed it and gave it 4.5 stars. For most of the book I didn’t care for Fisher which is why I rated it that way. I’m super excited to read Heart of Night and Fire in November. It’s gonna be a great time! And thanks so much for the shout out!
@@kerigood6846 OMG! Thank you, I’m going to pin a comment with the correction! (That book was a last minute addition to my list and I only skimmed the plot synopsis right before filming and somehow completely missed that it was a sapphic romance 🤦🏻♀️)
Do you have to read the Of Flesh and Fire Series before Blood and Ash? The only thing that keeps me from picking up either series is that I don't know what the "correct" reading order is. I've seen it suggested that you read them in a certain order, like intermingled with each other.

Quicksilver is sooo good!! You’ll enjoy it❤❤
Read Slaying the Shadow Prince and it’s definitely a 5 star…one of my favorite reads this year.
Quiksilver started kinda slow for me but then I couldn't put it down. Definitely recommend it and can't wait for the second book

Please put Metal Slinger by Rachel Schneider on your wish list. The audio is not out yet but it is so so good. 5 Stars...the ending, OMG!
the fact that nobody talks about the book called Manifestation Hacks by Olivia Cooper speaks volumes about how people are stuck in a trance.

I just finished zodiac academy books 8 & 9 and I felt like you, I have come too far not to finish. I rated the book a 4.5.

@@AmandasBooktopia curious to know what your recent 5 star romantasy has been? I really enjoyed Quicksilver and looking for the next good read🩷
@@Mimlou I loved Blood & Steel by Helen Scheurer. It’s so good! Still need to continue the series.
The North is the Night main characters are not sisters, they are lovers! It’s a sapphic romance!

@@bigislandblue1 Hi! They should 100% be read in publication order! If you go on Jla’s website, she has a list of her preferred reading order 🥰
I’m like the only person in the world that hasn’t read SATWON 🤦🏼♀️🤣
No!! You don't want to start J. Bree. The second book is so awful and disappointing.
