- Spa 2013 in Alfa Romeo Challenge, fight between Alexis Walter in GTV6 from Scuderia del Biscione and Robert Brunner in 147 Cup from Scuderia Alfa Classico.
12 minutes of a nice battle !
Look at the mirror also to see how close are the 2 cars.
20 years between the cars and also 20 years between the drivers but also 20 km/h more for the the V6 Salerno Corse.
Only 0.026 sec difference between the 2 in the best lap !
Great car and great engine. I have a gvt6 with 2.5 Grp A touring car tuned engine, lovely. Have you ever thought about modifying your gear linkage on yours? You lose so much ground out of the corners through the slow gear changes I noticed.
Thanks for the video, Scuderialfa. It was great viewing!
Quel bruit !
J'ai possédé une très belle Alfa Romeo 147 GTA de 2004... .
That 147 Cup car has soooo much power understeer!
That Alfetta is on rails! And quick!
You have very good eyes because I was really in trouble with my tyres, especially on the front !
In fact I didn't have enough pressure and it was frustrating...
Not bad, but you could only take him on long straights and you had a big advantage in engine size.
Briljant! Superspeed and nice battle. And what An engine! Best V6 i have heard. Perhaps tyrepressure not optimal, as the car appears to be à little bit too much sliding and not so much front-end grip?
well done!! well won!
Bella gara
Damn it man, double clutch your down changes!
Your synchros will last longer and the 2-3 change won't be so painfully slow.
Pretty sure hes doing just that, for sure at the busstop, and pretty much everywhere else. Gearbox is a bit worn already so it seems, theyre just not that nice. Almost impossible to not double declutch and rev match and make downshifts under braking in these cars.
I've got both these cars. So it's my daily driver vs my week-end toy.
Is it still 272 bhp (and at what rpm) in this car, Alexis?
I'm also building a 3.0 12v engine now and am curious about witch numbers i would be able to see. It's a 164 QV engine with 12:1 assymetric JE with total seal gappless top rings, C&B 300/304 cams, 46 and 38,5mm valves with 8mm steams and shorter valve guides, forged h-beam rods, fully balanced bottom end and 6x45mm Jenvey ITB's with 45mm lenght carbon trumpets. I would also shorten the primaries and modify the collectors of a CSC-header to make it more optimal. ECU is either DTA Pro S80 or MS3Extra. What kind of numbers do you think I should achieve?
I can answer you but non on a public area like RUclips. Please contact me by e-mail through my website or Facebook
