The recipe for this delicious chocolate coffee cake with peanut butter cream cheese icing:
2 c flour
2 c sugar
2/3 c cocoa powder
2 tsp baking soda
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
1 c milk
2/3 c veg oil
1 tsp vanilla
1 c brewed coffee (at room temp)
2 eggs
1/2 c mini chocolate chips
In a mixing bowl combine dry ingredients. Add eggs, milk, oil, and vanilla. Beat for 2 minutes. Stir in coffee (batter will be thin). Pour into greased 9x13 pan. Bake at 350F for 35-40 minutes. Cool completely.
Peanut Butter Frosting: Beat 8 oz cream cheese and 1/4 c peanut butter until smooth. Beat in 2 c icing sugar, 2 tbsp milk and 1/2 tsp vanilla. Spread on cake and sprinkle chocolate chips if desired (keep refrigerated).

In Türkiye we add a pinch of salt to most things so "it comes in abundance" I hope that makes sense because idk how else I could say it lol. I love chocolate cake so I might have to try this recipe. Also please boycott nestle products. Congratulations again! 💌

Thank you! I think I learned to appreciate salt more in Thailand. This cocoa powder was actually expired and I was trying to finish it up but I will look into nestle to educate myself better as well! 🫶🏻
