Yes, I am french by birth, a country which I never considered my home, and here in Texas since 4 years now, I feel l belong to your beautiful country. Even if all the recent events show how fragile this big Nation is, I want to keep America in my heart forever and ever. Since I was 15, for some reason I fell in love with the flag, then my first trip to the States when I was 30 made me feel alive when I was in Wyoming or Montana. Today I can understand why so many "poor" people I see on the streets still love their country and are proud to be American.
