    TL;DR
The actual curriculum changes: Minor corrections/expansions to knowledge to most domains and maybe 3-4% new content.
The exam changes: 100-150 questions, 3 hours, 25 beta questions, still CAT, 72 seconds per question assuming 150Q.

82 seconds per question for a maximum of 175 questions versus 72 seconds per question for a max. of 150 questions (starting April 2024). It seems you can allocate more time and think it through before answering, which may make it easier to pass.
But again, there are still so many beta questions.

It is a tossup I think, less time per question but also less questions overall, so your brain does not get as fried.

Overthinking a question is responsible for almost HALF of my wrong answers.

Thanks Thor, I'm recently starting my CISSP studies, and I don't think gonna make it by April 2024. Do you think the questions format changes a lot? How was the experience with the new exam back in 2021?

The changes in 2021 were minor too, just like they are this time, you should be perfectly fine.

Can I still use the old OSG and just study the additional topics after?

Yes, you can. The new book should be out in June 2024.
