Yup the first time i tried it was staying at a spa hotel in London and instead of cheap shampoo and lotion they had sample sized Elemis products. I was floored by how well they worked for me
I love Elemis so much. The fragrance is heavenly to me. Saddest day was yesterday when I finished my jar of the marine day cream. Here I am smelling the empty jar, and wrestling with spending the money for another. This is such a wonderfully moisturizing product...and you are right the experience of using these products is part of the results.
I've been using Elemis for 2 year and it gave amazing result. Agreed that you don't need the whole line. I normally buy a set of day and night Marine Collagen Creme and use one at the time, pair each with Olay Regenerist day or night. Amazing result without breaking the bank. :)
Oh that's a brilliant system! I'm working out something similar for myself - there are high end products that I LOVE and will never give up, but there are some drugstore products (ie my cleanser) where I personally don't feel the need to splurge. It's a good mix and more budget-friendly for sure!
I just love how brutally honest you are!!I'm an elemis fan, so when i got the notification on this one i was a little nervous😂😂 I've been using a few products from the pro collagen line for awhile now and i really like them. The marine cream is definitely my favorite! Thanks for the review... now i know to not waste my money on the others👍
The Pro-collegen line is amazing isn't it I also love the Pro-collegen Rose oil and there Peptide 4 eyecream too plus the Peptide 4 pillow pluming mask, its great as its not like a regular mask an you can keep it on overnight I love it. x
I did need to hear about this brand, because of the Ulta skincare sale. I'm just worried about heavily scented products, they ultimately give me migraines.😞. Thanks Alice!
Might be best to avoid then to be completely honest - it's a heavily scented brand! And thankfully there is an unscented option for a cleansing balm in the sale: Clinique TTDO returns, yay! 😁
@Cindy See if you can get some samples or travel sizes of you are really curious about any of these products! I am also extremely sensitive to fragrance, a lot also give me migraines... but have found these products don't bother me. In my experience they aren't too overpowering and don't hang around to the point of making me sick.
I’ve been using Elemis on and off for decades. It was always known in aromatherapy circles as a brand which used high quality ingredients. As much as anything it’s a sensory experience using them.I know some people hate fragrance or cant use fragranced products, but I’m one of those who love the smell and textures of spa products and I rarely use un-scented stuff. Over the last decade or so, Elemis has become huge. I think it’s because it’s been sold on QVC UK for many years and it makes the whole brand much more affordable (I think they also sell Elemis on QVC US too now). I’m glad you saw results with the pro-collagen marine cream...I love all the pro-collagen range. I would also recommend the pro collagen oil, in fact all Elemis oils are divine. As far as masks go...I rarely use masks but I do have the pro collagen marine mask which I leave on overnight with the oil underneath. I wake up with soft, glowing skin. You made a good point about ingredients, and the fact that the products seem to be low in certain active ingredients but that also means that those products will be more suitable for a majority of people, without causing problems.I agree with this. I can’t use products with too many actives in high concentrations in them. These days, I find a brand I trust and rarely bother with the ingredient list.
AliceintheRabbitHole if you’re interested in trying any other products from Elemis, they do some incredible sets of products on QVC. I never buy Elemis at full price!
Yea👏👏 I am an avid user of the pro collegian line and the original balm I was one of the ones who begged you to review this. I am soooo relieved that you enjoyed them and the science dig you did back up. For me it was life changing 8 years ago my skin drastically changed at 42 from normal easy to manage to dry patchy moderate Rosacea and extremely sensitive. Elemis the PC line and cleansing balm for me was worth every penny. Thanks
Yup, I think that's the skincare quest right there - it's difficult to sort through all the claims out there and figure out what YOUR skin needs! But yes, the anti-inflammatory ingredients are potent, and the results always speak for themselves!
I am a Elemis trainee therapist just a quick comment that the papaya is actually a very light exfoliation with very little enzymes as it is designed for sensitive skin.
Elemis is owned by the Steiner company. They own the monopoly on cruise ship spas. P&O, Cunard, Princess and others. So their target market is rich old ladies. Elemis/Steiner is basically the Elizabeth Arden of Britain. Abraham Steiner was Queen Mary's hairdresser. Not a bad line but I'm way too cheap to spend big bucks on skincare, and I'm obviously not the target market anyway haha. I like scented products and Elemis is quite a scented line. I guess if I were a millionaire I'd hit the line hard!
@@AliceintheRabbitHole does their Pro Collagen line have actual collagen in it? I've used lines made with animal collagen (hello Yukeido I miss you!) and really loved the results. I feel collagen makes my skin stronger and more resilient. It might not be "vegan" or "clean beauty" but I don't care. I want results no matter what it takes! And I know there are no "studies" showing topical collagen improves skin but so what? My personal experience is all I care about and I know my skin loves animal collagen baby!
It doesn't contain collagen. I have noticed that a lot of brands use the word "collagen" in their product names but with the implication that the product helps produce collagen. That is certainly the case here!
Collagen cannot be absorbed through the skin because the molecule is too large, so to claim that a product contains collagen will in actual fact do nothing for the skin. Collagen is produced in the dermis not the epidermis. Pro collagen marine cream contains a marine algae called Padina Pavonica which helps to preserve the skin. It works on the metabolism of the skin to stimulate and encourage cells to renew themselves. Elemis doesn’t claim that moisturiser actually contains collagen.
So i went into Ulta prepared to purchase the Ordinary and apparently left with the Extraordinary? I guess we’ll see.... never heard of Elemis until today. Praying it works for me.
Oh I absolutely think Elemis > The Ordinary! I adore what The Ordinary stands for, but in practice, a lot of their products are not very cosmetically elegant. Elemis is fantastic in that aspect!

Thank you for this, particularly the cruise spa connection. I prefer the ingredient nerd brands over the luxury brands and their focus on experience, particularly scent. I’m looking forward to your Ulta love your skin event video.
I’m 33 and my husband is 36. We exclusively use the brand as our skincare routine ( he never used high end anything before we got married 😆) I’m literally obsessed with the serum, The cleansing balm and the marine cream. Have seen so much change in my skin since I started using about 3 years ago.
I love there Pro-collegen marine cream that I'm using atm, I'd also like to mention that your review was so interesting and Ioved that you mentioned the ingredients, the night recovery cream works very well with there Peptide4 Plumping Pillow Facial, which you can leave on over night and take of in the morning with a cleaner of your choice, also you mentioned the superfoods, they actually use a Kefir-Tea Mist which is for firming and hydrating, plus it also comes in a spray which is great in travel size fir travelling Awesome reveiw of my fav brand 🤍
Thank You for reviewing Elemis. You go so in-depth with all ur reviews, I simply Adore You my dear. Now, I Can't Wait! To get my Big 8 pc Elemis Face and Body Ginger Kit! It's valued at over 300.00 Bucks! I paid only, 128.00 ITs On QVC. Merry Christmas! and Happy New year! 🎅🎁🎀🎄🥂🍾
Elemis pro tip: Gilt often has offers that result in you getting a gift certificate worth twice as much as you pay. Ex: pay $75 for $150 gift certificate.
I agree Elemis is a good brand, but I'd like them a lot more if they did away with the fragrance. I really liked their Pro Collagen Night Cream and Oil (from Boxycharm and a mini as a gift from Amazon), but I can't afford to repurchase. Algae is one of my favorite skincare ingredients. Elizabeth Grant (Canadian Company) uses it in most of her products, and you can get some amazing deals on sets from the Shopping Channel. TSC just launched Elemis so Canadians can get some great deals right now.
If u still have Boxycharm- ipsy shop has the resurfacing night cream ($167!) for $36 right now!! Plus a bunch of other elimis prod marked waaaay down. I have 2 Cleansing balms &just ordered the night cream - Now I'm wondering if I should order 2😂😂
Ah mannnn! I just ordered the flower mask too. But at least it was a boxy charm add on so I paid much less. Well now I’m less bummed out that it shipped the day before I have complete sinus surgery and won’t be able to use anything fun for a while. Have a great week and I’ll be looking forward to your vids while I’m stuck in bed recovering!
And a month later I finally have my Elemis pro collagen marine cream, eye treatment and cleansing balm. MUCH better experience than the thousand flower mask 🥴
My husband surprised me today with the Elemis Advent Calendar 2020! I have a travel size of the collagen cream from one of my Lookfantastic box subscription but it has just been sitting in my stash. So I am now quite excited to use them and since it was a present, I am keeping everything to myself lol
I got a gift set of these and the fragrance bugs me. I try to get fragrance free whenever possible, but I can DEAL with fragrance if it’s not too overwhelming. The product feels nice, but the perfume scent is so strong and it lingers. Argh!
I've been using elemis for awhile..it will draw out the yuck and possibly cause a few whiteheads but the resurfacing cleanser will take care of them quickly!
I used an entire jar of the Pro Collagen Marine Cream and I didn't get the hype. It smelled too perfume-y for me and I don't think it did anything that any of my other moisturizers don't do.
I appreciate your comments on Hyaluronic Acid, however us dry climate gals sometimes can’t deal with that ingredient. We keep getting told we want or need this ingredient, it’s not always the case. Fragrance in skincare can kiss my butt🇨🇦 do love your videos 😊
Yuuup, you have to know your skin/climate/needs always. I live below sea level amidst more humidity than I can describe (winter SUCKS here, even if it doesn't get super cold...you feel like you just got out of a swimming pool! 🥶), so needless to say, HA works very well in this area!
I am really enjoying your review on Elemis products. I recently came across Elemis pro-collagen cleansing balm and landed up buying it. Very excited to use it. And your review of all Elemis products is really helping me understand this brand. I noticed that your under eye area is very firm. I don’t know your age, but are you using any Elemis eye products that you would recommend for firmness and dark circles under the eyes? Thanks very much, I hope I get a reply back.😊
I got elemis anti aging products, I tried balm and marine oil and got red rush, allergic reaction on my face:( so i will back to lifeextension, cheaper and no allergies.
Spotted a couple of Algenist and Eve Lom items at TJ Maxx this afternoon on my bi-weekly payday run, lol. They had an Eve Lom mask set and some sort of holiday set. Algenist had three different anti-wrinkle items, couple creams and a serum I think. Good prices considering. Picked up the ABH Riviera palette for 25 bucks. they had like ten of them. Hoping for the Jackie Aina palette to show up eventually! Sorry to be somewhat off topic, but I wanted to give a TJ Maxx bargain report. Ha!
I loooove TJ Maxx reports, keep 'em coming! 😂 Helps me figure out if it's worth seeing what my store has too, as usually there is some similarity. Sounds like they got the post Christmas sets! 😍😍
Oh god. The fragrance! Migraine inducing! I hate this brand. Personal preference - but if this brand shows up in a beauty box it is quickly gifted away.
@@AliceintheRabbitHole This brand didnt even make it to patch test land. The headache was instant at first sniff. My coworker loves it and she was thrilled to get the Marine moisturizer we got in a Boxylux last year. Me? Not so much.
Is there anything besides the cleansing balm (which I definitely want to get) that you recommend from the ulta skin sale? And what’s your opinion on the nurse Jamie face roller. I also got the Elemis superfood mask from Boxycharm. I also got a Cosmedix Roller (nurse Jamie dupe) in boxyLuxe and I kind of want to get the real deal during the sale ...
I wish I could comment more on the Nurse Jamie - I tried to get it in the last Ulta sale but it sold out before I could get to it! However, I'll definitely be giving all my thoughts on the upcoming sale (Saturday hopefully!)
I’m so happy you did this brand review!!! I had a sample of the marine pro collagen cream that I cherished to the last drop but couldn’t bring myself to drop the dough for it. I may now though hahaa. The K beauty brand Klavuu (makes a fantastic lip mask btw) has a marine collagen aqua cream which I recently picked up from YesStyle but I haven’t tried yet. It’s more of a water gel cream-nothing like the Elemis but I’ll let you know because I’m slathering in my face today. Happy New Year!!! 🎆
I have tried the super foods line and really did enjoy it. I got the Elemis Rose facial oil in my Boxycharm and when I smelled it I was shocked cause it is so heavily scented. I thought there was no way that would be ok without freaking my skin out but I said “what the hell let’s go for it” #YOLO and went for it... I LOVE IT! It makes my skin so beautiful in the morning if I put it on before bed (I put it on over the drunk elephant retinol). I am absolutely in love with it but don’t think I could ever bring myself to pay the retail amount cause it’s really not a lot of product for a super high cost.
Ooh I can completely believe that the DE + their oil would be a gorgeous combination! But I'm the same - it's hard to pay a lot for oil, no matter how lovely it is (intensely glares at Tata Harper's oil!)
Thanks for the review. ♥️ I tend to save money for in-office procedures done by longtime dermatologist (saved my skin) with all sorts of discounts her longtime clients have (there were times when money wasn't an issue. "You'll pay when you can". )I leave my skin treated by genuine expert (loads of fails and missies till I finally found her). Always gearing me towards safe and, at least in Europe, affordable (loads of discounts as well) skin care brands (La Roche Posay, Avene, Uriage, Bioderma, just to name a few). The main 'job' is done in-office. Saving money for maintaining healthy skin (no botox, fillers so far). My skin, inside&out is healthier now (49) than it was in my 30s. Hope this helps with investing wisely and maintaining the effects with simple, affordable and science backed up skin care products. Day-in&day-out. Like with everything rest: be consistent and aim at a healthy skin. The rest falls into place sooner than I could've imagined !🙌💚
The pro collagen Marine cream, full size has been in both my Boxycharm and my Ipsy plus in the last year. I have also had the Super food mask and the cleanser in both boxes. I have used their cleaning balm in the sample size. I don't like the super food line. The smell is not for me and it made me break out. The Marine cream is great. I just got the Rose oil last month in Boxycharm. I gifted it to a friend. It had a super strong smell of rose...❌✖❌ Still watching...😁
I’ve been so drawn to Elemis for a while, but if they have not one product that doesn’t contain fragrance in the ingredients list I can’t go near it.😩 It’s hard enough having severely sensitive, super dry yet acne prone, 37 year old aging skin with hyperpigmentation. But add my papulopustular rosacea to the list and I’m sooo restricted!😭 I’ve learned this through both endless trial & error and the advice of dermatologists. I recently sampled the Ahava essential moisturizer and saw many of my issues completely turn around on day 1, so I went and bought lots of their products🤦🏼♀️ (Im such a newb🙄). Day 2 on my eyes started severely watering, my nose was burning all day long and my rosacea redness came back with a vengeance & broken capillaries spiderwebbed across my face.🤦🏼♀️ Thank goddess I found the fragrance free Clinique Moisture Surge line. I’ve given it a week so far and it just keeps transforming my skin for the better. I’m in awe but I’m really seeking some intense firming!!
I always come back around to Clinique for this same reason - it's why I'm still using Moisture Surge Overnight to this day! One thing you could try is layering products from The Ordinary/Revolution underneath Moisture Surge cream. I liked Clinique serums initially, but as I passed my 20s I found that I needed a bit more strength than they gave me. I'd recommend: TO buffet or Matrixyl, Revolution bakuchiol, and honestly...you might like snail too. The CosRX snail mucin is going to be in the Ulta Love Your Skin event! 😍😍
AliceintheRabbitHole Ooh, good to know you love it too!! I’ve been using The Ordinary HA serum and the Niacinamide serum. I loooove everything the niacinamide does for my skin but no matter what I try I cannot get it to absorb fully and not flake off. Last night I used it and when I felt it starting to tighten like a peel off mask I drenched my skin in Evian spray (about 6 times over 3 hours), Peter Thomas Roth Water Drench & the moisture surge over it and it still flaked off and left my face sticky & dry.😂🙈😩 I’ve tried everything with that one. Definitely considering the Revolution niacinamide, and matrixyl. Thank you for the other suggestions! I’ve been dying to try snail mucin 🐌 😍
Yes! I think some people conflate allergy with "this is a BAD ingredient". The biggest problem with a fragrance allergy is that it's not really an allergy to the word "fragrance" but rather an allergy to a component within the word (and scent ingredients are legally protected so as to prevent counterfeiters from stealing scent formulas). Example: say i take lavender, bergamot, orange, and jasmine and mix it together in my skincare product. I can avoid using those words in the ingredients list and just say "fragrance" by law. But if someone has a jasmine allergy, they buy my product because it doesn't have that word on the label, and then they have a reaction. It's tough for that person as they don't really understand what happened. Do they have an allergy to the word fragrance, to my brand, or what? (Nope, still jasmine...but they may never know that is the offending ingredient) It ends up being such a complex topic!
@@AliceintheRabbitHole You’re kidding me! I had no idea. I’m not allergic to anything, but for those who are, that’s pretty upsetting. Thank you so much for taking the time to explain it to me.
@@AliceintheRabbitHole ok just checking. I do the same. And hey thanks for the comment, I know this is an older video. So anyway QVC has these two amazing kits right now. One is the Elemis night kit, it came with pro collagen oxygenating night cream, 4 peptide plumping pillow facial and the peptide oil. A cute bag also My favorite kit had pro collagen cleansing balm and pro collagen marine cream.
Nice review. I love the Emma Hardy balm but sadly, using the Elemis original one every night broke me out along the jawline. I like to switch between a balm and a cream cleanser for evening and the Elemis Pro-Radiance cream cleanser has become a favourite... also it’s a generous 150ml. The Pro-Collagen Marine Cream is indeed beautiful and the PC Advanced Eye Treatment is very nice and light, like a serum. The Apricot toner I was very ‘meh’ with and the Skin Bliss Capsules I tried are a nice extra but I certainly wouldn’t be using them daily. A nice brand if your skin is already pretty good and you enjoy a spa treatment. A bit like a relaxing massage rather than a remedial one, haha, no big actives in this range.
Yep! I actually added more since this video haha. I recently bought the Superfood exfoliator and the primer (the primer is actually stunning - kind of underrated?)
I would say you CAN, but note that the consistency is going to be more heavy (as skin typically dries out with age), and the price might not be as worth it? Meaning the collagen repair type of ingredients won’t be able to do that much as you likely haven’t started losing collagen in your skin yet But I don’t think it will hurt unless heavier products tend to correlate with breakouts for you. Hope that helps!
Hi Miss... I m an Asian with brown normal to dry skin. I have everything on my face like dark spot, pigmentation, aging sign and dark circles around eyes. Will you help me to know that which elemis products will works for me??
Tbh I would say go for a vitamin C or retinol serum (or both!) and pair that with the Elemis Pro-Collagen moisturizers. So for example, something as simple as The Ordinary's or CeraVe's Retinol at night and SkinDeva's vitamin C during the day, then layer Elemis' moisturizer over it AM & PM. That's basically what I did as I didn't think the serums from Elemis stood out as much as their moisturizers
I am so glad you decided to try this brand. I am a faith user of this brand. The top favorite of all time and using for 4 years straight is the pro collagen moisturizer. It’s my everyday and amazing in under makeup. Some other favorites is the cleansing original balm, marine pro collagen oil and the night peptide cream is awesome. Other things are ok including the mask. I do incorporate other skincare brands but these are always a staple in my skincare. 🥰🥰😘
I love the Algenist Genesis Cream. It made a difference the first time I used it. Only half way through the video. I am sure I will have more to comment 🤣🤓🤷🏻♀️

Ooh I do love a good mist! I'll have to look for that next time I shop. Thanks for sharing! ☺️
I got one of the moisturizers in a Boxycharm and it’s so strongly perfumed I can only use it on my neck for fear of a migraine/break out
It is very scented! I'm so glad it worked for me as I spend the first week rather nervous LOL!
Awesome, thank you! I’ve almost forgotten about Gilt these days but you’re right that they do have some great vouchers!
Haven't heard of that brand but will have to look into them - algae really is a fantastic ingredient!
Ah hope you heal up quickly!! Sending you all the good vibes 💕💕
What a lovely gift! Elemis is such a great brand too, he chose well 😁😁
I am using pro-collagen marine Creme and I love it😍 i found it in Asos advent calendar, definitely I will repurchase it😉
It's SUCH a find! Very rare for a product to really make intense changes in 14 days!
The lavender toner is wonderful 💜
I found it on a cruise ship at the spa lol
I cant handle their smell at all. But I do see the really good result on the lady eyes area after one application with the eye serum.
I considered trying this brand awhile back but changed my mind when I saw that they all contain fragrance 😔.
I may never understand why brands don't offer an unscented line within their brand - it seems like such an easy solution!
I got a gift set of these and the fragrance bugs me. I try to get fragrance free whenever possible, but I can DEAL with fragrance if it’s not too overwhelming. The product feels nice, but the perfume scent is so strong and it lingers. Argh!
There are some of their products that have little to no smell. I have almost everything they make.
I've been using elemis for awhile..it will draw out the yuck and possibly cause a few whiteheads but the resurfacing cleanser will take care of them quickly!
Yes!!! A ritual. I love how you worded that. I use rose sometimes and regular sometimes. Depends on my mood.
I used an entire jar of the Pro Collagen Marine Cream and I didn't get the hype. It smelled too perfume-y for me and I don't think it did anything that any of my other moisturizers don't do.
I believe it, everyone’s skin is different - and it’s what makes finding “perfect” skincare so difficult!
So sorry to hear. I've had allergic reactions and they are NO fun!
Total side note but that brand reminds me of the movie Vanilla Sky haha
@@AliceintheRabbitHole yep! Will do, go check it out!
Oh god. The fragrance! Migraine inducing! I hate this brand. Personal preference - but if this brand shows up in a beauty box it is quickly gifted away.
Yeah, I patch tested with a great amount of nervousness lol!
@@AliceintheRabbitHole This brand didnt even make it to patch test land. The headache was instant at first sniff. My coworker loves it and she was thrilled to get the Marine moisturizer we got in a Boxylux last year. Me? Not so much.
The marine cream was in Boxycharm!? Holy guacamole! Yes, that’s a very nice gift haha!
Yes it has been used twice Headaches and I can’t stand the smell
Me too..it's unfortunate because I feel like the products might be really good quality minus the heavy fragrance
TO had a marine hylaronics serum, I recommend you take a gander.
Good idea; it would be interesting to compare that to the OG HA
It's like actual water, very thin
And Inkey List has a Sea Kelp!
My makeup lays so much better with this product and I stumbled on this video is bc my skin is sloughing which I just started using the product so yea
Oh yes, please do update me! I'm planning on plenty more Yesstyle orders this year! 😁
Hello! Can you review ESPA? I think it's a UK brand.
Do collagen creams actually do anything collagen-wise? I always thought u only get the benefits by ingesting collagen?🤔🤔🤔
I absolutely love this brand. There cleansing balm is very nice and both are the same other than fragrance
Definitely! I've become very picky with skincare, but Elemis really surprised me - excellent brand!
Fantastic video. I now feel like trying all these products
Elemis is a great brand - I still look back and this trial and think it was one of the best I've done!
It had a super strong smell of rose...❌✖❌
Still watching...😁
I'm surprised by how much Elemis went out in Boxycharm! Great way to get their pricey stuff haha!
@@AliceintheRabbitHole I know. It has been really great. Have a super weekend..❌✖❌
Love your honesty. Do you suggest at night a elemis oil serum application then follow up with elemis marine cream?
Day 2 on my eyes started severely watering, my nose was burning all day long and my rosacea redness came back with a vengeance & broken capillaries spiderwebbed across my face.🤦🏼♀️
Thank goddess I found the fragrance free Clinique Moisture Surge line.
Used Elemis in esthetics school. Pretty decent brand :) they have come out with a lot of new products recently.
I was noticing that on the Ulta site! They have quite a few new options ☺️
Can you do an Elemis eye products review? Thanks
My jaw legit dropped when you said that someone on SCA left the ordinary peel on their skin for 45 minutes. Omg owwie!!!!
Right!? I've seen some bad advice on occasion there, but that post takes the cake!
Wait is this like the skin line they sold in the mall :) The deep sea line you could buy at the Ki
Aveda has a nice unscented line
Have u found any dupes for the Elemis peptide plumping pillow facial and the pro collagen eye revive mask? I love the brand just can’t afford it
I love Elemis and I’m not a rich old lady 😆
Haha same 😂 I mean, their products do work!
What’s the deal with fragrance? Are some people allergic to it?
(Nope, still jasmine...but they may never know that is the offending ingredient)
It ends up being such a complex topic!
@@AliceintheRabbitHole You’re kidding me! I had no idea. I’m not allergic to anything, but for those who are, that’s pretty upsetting.
Thank you so much for taking the time to explain it to me.
I just got into Elemis and I love it!
But did you say to place your sunscreen underneath the marine day cream?
Such a great brand! I do moisturizer then sunscreen, but primer over the sunscreen ☺️
A cute bag also
My favorite kit had pro collagen cleansing balm and pro collagen marine cream.
Have you tried or reviewed any Paula's choice products?
I have! I really enjoyed the BHA toner, but I swapped it out in my routine for BHA serums instead (solely because of price!)
@@AliceintheRabbitHole Thanks!
Very true! It's an enjoyable brand indeed, even if not the most potent on the market
do you still use any of these products in your daily skincare routine?
Yep! I actually added more since this video haha. I recently bought the Superfood exfoliator and the primer (the primer is actually stunning - kind of underrated?)
Your expression when you mentioned your second phone made me laugh out loud!
Thank you 😊
hey im thinking of changing my skincare to elemis but would you recommend this brand to a 26yo or is it more for a mature skin? thanks x
I would say you CAN, but note that the consistency is going to be more heavy (as skin typically dries out with age), and the price might not be as worth it? Meaning the collagen repair type of ingredients won’t be able to do that much as you likely haven’t started losing collagen in your skin yet
But I don’t think it will hurt unless heavier products tend to correlate with breakouts for you.
Thanks Alice,, love your response. Definitely go with your opinion.
Love this review since I been interested in this brand as well. Which one did you like better, algenist or elemis?
Algenist serums, Elemis cream lol! (But also...seriously). Both brands gave me similar results; I'd call both excellent for anti aging purposes!
@@AliceintheRabbitHole would you recommend for oilier skin?
Just so you know . . . Colleen Rothschild Cleansing Balm knocks this out of the park! I've used both. Elemis is secondary to Colleen Rothschild, IMO.
Oh wow! I haven't heard of that brand...but I love a good cleansing balm! 👀
I have never tried any of the masks except the veggie. I will probably stay away from them. Your skin looks great. Have a great weekend..❌✖❌
Thank you! Hope you have a great weekend too 😁
Love Elemis
45 minutes?!?!? Did their face melt off?
Pshew I hope not! Worst part is that in a roundabout way, they were recommending it!!! 🤦🤦🤦
That Marine cream is SO good - they promise a blend of science and enjoyable scent/texture, and I gotta admit: they nailed it!
Lovely top...really cute on you...matches your eyes.
Thank you ☺️☺️
Great video 💙💛💟💜💚 always a like 👍👍
TRY EATING PROPERLY, THEN YR SKIN GETS THR RIGHT VITAMINS IT NEADS, HENCE YOU DONT THEN GET SPOTS,,, 👍🏻👍🏻😉
I prefer to drive as to ride👀👀👀. I so get road anxiety. Hope this week is better...❌✖❌
Still watching..😁
I love the Algenist Genesis Cream. It made a difference the first time I used it. Only half way through the video. I am sure I will have more to comment 🤣🤓🤷🏻♀️
Yup, that brand shocked me! Very pricey too, but I've heard many people have luck finding them at TJ Maxx 😱
I think the Elemis cleansing balm smells bad.
👍👍👍
Hahahaha :)was that an Elf reference/joke?!?
YESSSS I’m so glad you got that 😁
Gosh, this voice ….
I get headache from this voice!
My apologies for your suffering! I'll make sure to use one of those Darth Vader voice translators in my future videos ☺️
