I ordered a while back some keychains and the gave me 3 extras. But it wasn't my design, it was someone else's! It was similar to one of my designs but still...not mine. I was so confused.

Hey Lalaine, just out of curiosity… how long does it take for an order from vograce to arrive? And how long do we need to order them before an event?

Usually just takes a couple weeks from when they ship it but that depends where your located.

It took a month for my order to arrive and I’m in the US, the manufacturer is in China, so that’s about par for the course

The longest I had to wait for a restock was about 3 weeks to a month (from the moment I placed the order to when it was delivered)! But I remember the first time I ordered, it was the span of a week when I placed the order and when I received it, so it truly depends on how much you order, the time of year you order, and where you’re located!
